Excellent location. Many restaurants & shops nearby.
Comfortable room with small balcony overlooking the main Square. Everything worked fine.
Bed had cleans linens & afforded me a comfortable sleep.

Only stayed one night and arrived Saturday afternoon off the bus from Cusco to find it was carnival, we were very lucky having a balcony room overlooking the square, fantastic views of carnival

Very nice and quiet hotel with decently prized private rooms. Had contact up-front and was offered an early check-in as my night bus arrived at 5am.

Lovely attentive staff, always available. Clean rooms, comfy bed and one of the best showers we've had in South America.

Very comfortable and clean place with great views on the lake. Breakfast included and good Wi-Fi. I was travelling with my motorbike and they had space for me in the garage.

So this place blew me away, a truly luxurious stay and how they offer these rooms at these prices is beneath me. Even a shared bathroom did not detract.

The room was big and the had a great view over the lake. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This little hotel is simple but meets all your needs — it is close to the city center, upper floors have a lovely lake view and sunshine and the rooms are clean, beds comfy and showers have hot water.

Quiet hostel with basic room and amenities. A bit chilly at night but they have extra blankets in the hallway up for grabs. The breakfast is decent and simple.

After having a few border issues with my motorcycle, I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. Normally border hotels are a bit dodgy but this one was lovely. Heater in the room. Hot water. Clean.

Very nice hotel situated right at the start of the pedestrian way (Lima Street) where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

The hotel does the job: good comfy beds, we slept amazing. The shower was hot and with a lot of pressure. The breakfast was good: coffee and tea, juice, bread, jam and eggs. Good price.

Beds and toilet were clean. Good location. I booked a tour through the hotel and that went well. Free simple/basic breakfast was convenient. 24h warm water, not always hot.

This is THE place to stay. We dealt with Antonio who is a wonderful man. Warm, helpful, and a sense of humor. The hotel is comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet.

Nice rooms. Very good shower with hot water and pressure. Breakfast is okay. The restaurant could be cleaner but it's okay.

The service by the staff, and especially Heber at reception was exceptional.

We had a lovely stay in Pukara house. We arrived at 5 am with our bus. After ringing the door we were let in directly.
