Very good hotel in the center of Puno. Close to everything, the main square, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bathroom with a real bathtub. Tasty breakfast on the upper terrace.

The best breakfast with 3 fresh papaya pineapple melon juice ready, between all these36 countries that I traveled was the most ecofriendly hotel.

We found this small hotel, very close to the central part of Puno, to be a complete charmer.

Nice hotel, stayed here twice, one night each. Some people have complained about cold rooms in the past — that has not been our experience at all.

Only stayed one night and arrived Saturday afternoon off the bus from Cusco to find it was carnival, we were very lucky having a balcony room overlooking the square, fantastic views of carnival

The Room was spacious. The Wi-Fi was not very good.

The views are amazing! You can see the lake and the mountains. The rooms are very clean and well managed. The bathrooms are clean as well. The food was good too; authentic Peruvian food is served.

Very opulent residence in the middle of nowhere. Far from the beaten track and Puno, this tasteful colonial residence enchanted us with its refined welcome.

Discovery of a very cozy hotel in a very quiet location.

Without a doubt a good rest after having walked a lot in Cuzco, the bed was very large and had a heater in the room, very useful since it is cold in Puno during the nights.

Good hotel in a good location. Near to all local attractions. Wi fi only worked in reception. Breakfast was ok. Staff were great and friendly. No lift was hard work.

Very well located hostel with very nice service. When we arrived on a Saturday, there was quite some noise so we asked for a quieter room which was not an issue at all for the staff.

So this place blew me away, a truly luxurious stay and how they offer these rooms at these prices is beneath me. Even a shared bathroom did not detract.

Very nice hostel, everything is brand new, proper hot shower. You basically are in the house with the family but rooms are really nice like a modern hotel.

Very comfortable and clean place with great views on the lake. Breakfast included and good Wi-Fi. I was travelling with my motorbike and they had space for me in the garage.

Amazing value hotel, nice place to relax. Great Wi-Fi, hot water, friendly staff and the owner speaks English. My room was facing the sun so it doesn't get too cold.

The room was big and the had a great view over the lake. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet hostel with basic room and amenities. A bit chilly at night but they have extra blankets in the hallway up for grabs. The breakfast is decent and simple.

Just wow. This is a remote "lodge" (only a few rooms) on Titicaca Lake. The owner, Ivan, is wonderful. He picks you up in his boat and brings you to his home and lodge.

Highly recommend staying here with Ivan and his family. All are incredibly kind, warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

After having a few border issues with my motorcycle, I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. Normally border hotels are a bit dodgy but this one was lovely. Heater in the room. Hot water. Clean.

Good views from the higher floors lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Money exchange around the corner. Good location. Elevator was slow.

Nice rooms. Very good shower with hot water and pressure. Breakfast is okay. The restaurant could be cleaner but it's okay.

Very nice hotel situated right at the start of the pedestrian way (Lima Street) where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

Loved this hostel. Just a few minutes walk from the center but still a quiet place. Very helpful and lovely staff, great breakfast included.

The hotel does the job: good comfy beds, we slept amazing. The shower was hot and with a lot of pressure. The breakfast was good: coffee and tea, juice, bread, jam and eggs. Good price.

Sweetest hostess we‘ve met on our journey, we arrived in puno with the night bus and booked a dorm (they gave us a privatroom).

What a great place! The rooms were good and there was plenty of hot water but it was the amazing staff that made this my favorite stay in south America.
