The staff were polite, the room was clean and the breakfast was not bad. But there was no heater in the room. The insulation was not good and only had blankets when it got cold.

Bright light from street lights during sleep if your room at front.
Hot water sometimes runs warm rather than hot.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from Port and from coach station.
Rooms for double are big and comfy, with table and chairs. Ensuite with large double bed.
Breakfast is basic, 1 fried egg, bread, jam, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt drink.

I think the location is perfect. Breakfast is good for 40 Soles cash only that I paid for one night directly booking there. They let me use their kitchen to wash and cut some fruits I bought and also to let my luggage whole day while I went to a Titikaka tour that was amazing. My only complaint is the water that sometimes wasn't really hot, just a bit warm, but for the price I still think it's very good deal and they are very friendly.
