The morning breakfast is superb. Staffs are friendly. Location is good, call Grab to any down area less than RM 7. You can totally enjoy grab freedom.

A fabulous overnight stay on our way to Gaya island. The hotel is first class and within walking distance of the Jettleson Ferry.

We stayed at the grandis hotel at the end of our tour. The rooms are very large and very comfortable. The hotel is next the shopping mall, very handy for restaurants and shops.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

We stayed on the 8th floor with a partial sea view. The hotel is a little old, but it is generally clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

Great place to stay in terms of location. Shops, markets, Gaya St etc all 2-3 minutes walk.

We honeymooned at Gaya Island for 7 nights and had the most amazing experience. If you are after a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that doesn't feel too over the top this is the place for you.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

Location is ideal as the entrance is close to the mall and building next door. Interior design is as good as what othes have uploaded. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and accomodating to our needs.

SO, this is an excellent place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. The room is very clean, and well maintained.

Disappointing that weren't told pool & gym being restored with no visible. Woŕk in progress. 1hr 10min drive in traffic to nearby hotel pool that was no where near comparable standard.

I recently had a wonderful Chinese New Year dinner at The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu, and it was truly a delightful experience.

I stayed at Tune Hotel 1 Borneo for 2 nights. The location is very strategic as it is located inside 1 Borneo Hypermall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access many nearby stores.

This is my first time staying at Tune Hotel 1borneo for 3 days and I highly recommend it for everyone to stay here.

All the staff are very friendly and kind. They take action fast to our concerns. I would suggest to update their first kit as it didn’t have items needed for first aid when we needed for our daughter.

Overall great time staying here for 6D5N for my work trip. The breakfast option was okay. I love the Noodles and porridge section. The staff there were friendly and very helpful.

The location is very close to the airport and Tanjung Aru Beach, with a nearby local supermarket offering very affordable prices. Best of all, the rooftop pool offers breathtaking views!

A good hotel with a great spacious room. Panoramic view from the roof of the city, and from the pool — of the runway of the planes. Breakfasts are simple, but they are brought directly to the room.

I booked this hotel at 2pm and check in at 2.50pm on the same day.
It was last minute booking, yet we had a good experience staying here.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Kinabalu was absolute perfection.

This is not my first time staying in HRK. It is my husband’s first. And we can’t agree much loving the hotel — the best amongst many we have stayed in throughout our travel journeys.

Just the building not connected to the shopping mall. Have to walk around from the lobby.

We spent 6 days, 5 nights at this Airbnb apartment with 7 people. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Very spacious, nice kitchen with cookware, washing machine, balcony and nice views.

The location is easy access. Walking distance to Jesselton Point. The room is clean and nice. Suitable for family. Easy check-in and check-out. A lot of parking places.

Stay 27 feb, the hotel was very new and nice. The staff very nice. Very helpful can speak chinese. The two lady help my check in run smoothly.

I stayed here for two nights with three others, and we booked the quad room with four single beds. The room was spacious and well lit.
