Great location n convenient. Can able to see sunset from window. Very comfortable living room. The host very helpful n fast response.

Everything was perfect. Owner was so kind to pick us up from airport in the middle of night (2 a. M) and explained everything on the way.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Almost private beach and in the middle of local nature. Great place to leave the city life behind you. Service and staff is awesome. Enjoy your stay!

Had a two night stay there. The rooms were crisp, clean and fresh. Service was really top notch and loved every bit of it, hospitality I would say is 10/10.

The morning breakfast is superb. Staffs are friendly. Location is good, call Grab to any down area less than RM 7. You can totally enjoy grab freedom.

A fabulous overnight stay on our way to Gaya island. The hotel is first class and within walking distance of the Jettleson Ferry.

We stayed at the grandis hotel at the end of our tour. The rooms are very large and very comfortable. The hotel is next the shopping mall, very handy for restaurants and shops.

We stayed on the 8th floor with a partial sea view. The hotel is a little old, but it is generally clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

Great place to stay in terms of location. Shops, markets, Gaya St etc all 2-3 minutes walk.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

The hotel is just excellent. Sandakan city center has little to offer and Ormond's infinity pool saved our experience there. I would not choose another hotel. Rooms and service are perfect.

The Good; staff are very friendly and responsive. The food was good and all seemed made to order — apart from the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well.

Lovely stay. Rooms are comfortable with a terrace and aircon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food simple but lovely. Perfect place to stay for our visit to the sun bear and orangutan centre.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

Staying at The Magellan Sutera Resort was truly one of the most magical experiences of my life.

I recently stayed at The Magellan Sutera Resort for 4 days and 3 nights due to a family emergency, and overall it was a very pleasant stay.
For the price paid, the room and service were very good.

Very good city hotel with a clean and comfortable room. The bed was cozy, facilities were well maintained, and the overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Vincent and Jason are superb on the front desk, very helpful and great service the whole stay.
This area is much quieter than the busy areas which is nice.

Location is ideal as the entrance is close to the mall and building next door. Interior design is as good as what othes have uploaded. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and accomodating to our needs.

It was a comfy experience. The family room was spacious, had a mini fridge though not really cold kinda half working?

I stayed here for two nights with three others, and we booked the quad room with four single beds. The room was spacious and well lit.

Room big and spacious. Wi-Fi, Netflix. Smart tv. Good for bring children stayed. Staff good. Safety good. I book Junior pool view. Really love it. But I don’t like first time I sleep there.

Disappointing that weren't told pool & gym being restored with no visible. Woŕk in progress. 1hr 10min drive in traffic to nearby hotel pool that was no where near comparable standard.

I recently had a wonderful Chinese New Year dinner at The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu, and it was truly a delightful experience.

I stayed at Tune Hotel 1 Borneo for 2 nights. The location is very strategic as it is located inside 1 Borneo Hypermall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access many nearby stores.

This is my first time staying at Tune Hotel 1borneo for 3 days and I highly recommend it for everyone to stay here.

Gayana Marine Resort is an idyllic place to spend time and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Gayana for my friend’s birthday. She even received a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a pleasant surprise.

All the staff are very friendly and kind. They take action fast to our concerns. I would suggest to update their first kit as it didn’t have items needed for first aid when we needed for our daughter.
