We booked a table for the Ramadhan buffet and I asked the person in charge to place me at one corner so it will be easy for me to breastfeed my baby. Surprisingly he placed me at a very comfy big table with cushion at the corner which can fit for 5-7 persons though only me, husband and baby came. Thank you for understanding us breastfeeding mom. Very seldom I see a restaurant to have this thought on us. Will definitely come and eat here again 🥰.

Inconvenient for those driving own car here. 10 parking lots for customer only. Otherwise this is a very high recommended hotel. Should improve in the parking lot.

Large room, comfortable, nice place, easy to access and full facilities.

Very nice hotel and the location is beside the mall so you just need a few step to go there. The room has a big space and the pool at the rooftop so the view is nice there. But if you bring your own car, the parking for guess hotel is limited and you also need to pay for it even you are a guess at the hotel.

One of the best spots to enjoy the sunset here in KK City☺️ Foods are delicious, spaces here very clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating!

By far the most relaxing and cozy hotel I have stayed in. The seaview deluxe room is definitely worth staying! Not only that, the location connected to the mall is super convenient and perfect for girls like me who loves shopping! The sumptous breakfast buffet is wonderful with a view! The staff are always friendly and our rooms were super clean. I just love this hotel!

Great view and friendly staff…

We had our wedding dinner at Grandis Hotel last Saturday and we would like to say it was the best decision ever! Staffs especially Ms Leonie were helpful and ready to accomodate our requests from time to time. Food was great and I heard compliments from my guests. Overall, me and my husband enjoyed our wedding dinner so much. We hope that Grandis Hotel will prosper more in the future and to all couples that are looking for an intimate wedding venue, Grandis Hotel is a right choice!

Hotel is Highly recommended. Room reservation-customer friendly, I don’t need to pay deposit or provide credit card. Front office staff handle customers professionally, they were all very friendly and efficient with their task, room was spacious and cleanliness can be given 5 stars. Amenities items provided in the room was beyond our expectations. Breakfast too was excellent-vast varieties of food to choose. I also have the opportunity to capture spectacular sunset view at your Rooftop coffee house. To summarize. My team were very satisfied with your service because you help us make our stay in KK a pleasant and memorable one.

The service was good but the food was not as expected for the price. A complete let down. The beef rendang we more like soya sauce beef and the currry chicken was not as shown in the menu. Not creamy with santan.

Great hotel in Kota Kinabalu centre. The hotel had very comfortable room and some are sea view. On top of the hotel there is a sky bar where you can enjoy some drinks, food and small swimming pool with stunning islands sunset view. Sometimes also you can enjoy listening alive music in the evening. The location is very strategic as you have attached a mall where you can buy anything you need and also change money from your currency to Malaysia ringgit. About 10/20 minutes by walk from hotel you can visit local market or Philippine market where you can find lots of souvenirs… then you can also walk to the water front, just near, where you can have dinner, different options and listen some music on the sea side!

Rooms were well appointed. Meals excellent. Staff helpful.

Checking in was fast and smooth. Hotel is connected to the Suria Mall. The room is spacious. My booking comes with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom was spacious too with a roomy shower and long bath. There is Wi-Fi and the room where I stayed overlooked the roof of the shopping mall but still managed to get a glimpse of the sea. Breakfast restaurant has a nice sea view. Food variety was good.

Bit in the downtown area, next to supermarkets, close to the beach, to shopping, to see the sea are very suitable, rooftop swimming pool, next to the Music Bar, do not like to swim there is also a gym you can exercise!

Great clean and comfortable Room, international breakfast (European, American, Asian) which allows you to try new flavors, nice bar and rooftop pool especially at sunset.

Good Value — Performance Ratio, good balance.

I love the rooftop bar at Grandis Hotel. They got a swimming pool there but small and sometime crowded during peak season. The sunset view from rooftop is so beautiful.

This hotel is next to kota kinabalu jetty and attached to a big shopping mall. If you want to go to the island, you can walk from hotel to the jetty for about 2 minutes depend on your walking speed. It is a premium hotel with beautiful rooftop view. Sunset view from the rooftop is so beautiful.

The hotel should be the best four-star hotel Shaba, the accommodation is very good, buffet breakfast with Chinese food and Korean kimchi coffee drinks, very good, the roof has a swimming pool, very good, near the seaside, in the room can also see the sea, very beautiful, satisfied. Live in the time met a lot of Chinese (their own people), as well as Japan and South Korea Middle East people, feel the South Koreans are special, full of exotic amorous feelings.

No doubt it was a nice environment for visit but the foods need further improvement. Went there for dinner on 17 Mar Sat, ordered 2 kids' meal; came only 1. The worst part was that it took hour to serve the kid's meal and that was after several times asking for it. Imagine the kids were already hungry also naughty, hoping the meal serve faster so that can keep the kids occupied. But it was not. Another one was that the so called 'traditional herb chicken' was just ordinary Soto Ayam taste but it cost rm20 per bowl yet the taste was just so so, better to amend the name to Soto Ayam so that it people would not have high expectation on it. When the "herb chicken" was served, the half side of eggs was missing (pic showed with eggs) n need to inform the waitress then only they bring inside to add the eggs again. Hope the management of this hotel will take the feedback as a monitoring purposes for future improvement.

Grandis Hotel is located next to Suria Mall. There is Starbucks next door. Hotel staff are friendly. They can help book taxi to the airport if needed. Rooms are spacious, well ventilated. Shower is good with strong water pressure and complimentary shower foam. Breakfast is plentiful with options.

I was here only for breakfast it is very good and delicious.

Stayed at family room with a very nice view over looking the sea. The restaurant also have the same view where the sea is infront of your eyes. Clean room and loving the shower room with bathtub and shower head is great! And the great thing about this hotel is connected to the mall ❤❤❤

Amazing hotel restaurant. Served the real local delicacies. Worth the money and good for foreign visitors who want to have their first taste of the authentic local delicacy.

Excellent location. Attached to Suria Sabah shopping mall, next to Jesselton Point Jetty amd within the city center. Room and bathroom are bright, spacious, clean and modern. Room service and house keeping was prompt and quick. Love this place.

The six days that I spent in Kota Kinabalu was made more memorable because of Hotel Grandis. Let’s start with its location, strategically at the heart of KK and the beautifully overwhelming view of the city, sea, and islands nearby on the roof deck where one could find the function room, gym, bar and pool area. Convenience at its finest because apart from it in the heart of the city, the floor where one could find the Piano Lounge and Rosea Café has an entrance to the Suriah Sabah mall. Days of sunny beaches until beautiful sunsets at the roof deck or rooms with sunset view, sea view – just like what I had—was totally amazing and worth it. My room was complete with amenities and more, spacious enough with minimalist designed for convenience, comfort and luxury in one. After each day of tour in the city, I lounge at my bed or living room to either listen to music or watch tv, especially plus that it has a very good sound system installed. If not lounging around, I see to it that I got to enjoy the bath tub with the sea view. I know I am always mentioning the sea view but I am not totally complaining about it. I am usually not a morning person but their breakfast at Rosea is varied and enticing that I usually wake up early to make the most out of my time there to either eat or simply study because it, again, it boasts the sea view. To top them all, their service and accommodating staff made the stay seamless and worry-free.

Spacious rooms and toilets. Cleanliness of the room was good as well. Located just beside suria sabah mall which is another plus point for access to supermarts.

The food here so tasty. No matter if you are vegetarian or not they served so many kind of food. They also had great service. I've stayed here for 5 nights and fully satisfied. Definitely will stay here if I'm going to Sabah again.

Liked the food, staff, rooms and service. Theres room to improve for the swimming pool, since its on the rooftop, should have added heaters to make the water warmer… Despite that, the view was just amazing.

Room is okay but a bit pricey.

It's a nice hotel with good facility. The staff is friendly. And the main thing is location. It is next to suria sabah mall and water front with great view to the sea side.

Good hotel. Pros: location, food, lounge, poolside bar, pool, gym, F&B manager and staff. Cons: reception's staff, concierge's staff, room's bathroom, price. Again, taken off food and beverage people I would give 3 stars not 4.

Great hotel, up to date rooms and facilities, skybar with a great view of the sunset. Friendly staff. And close to the jetty if you are getting around to see the island or diving. Rooms and facilities were very clean and tidy. They had a lack of European choices for breakfast, but the tasty Asian food made up for it.

The room is spacious with excellent view if you get the sea view facing room. Bathroom comes with big bathtub and showering space, nice. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful too. The only area to improve is breakfast, quality is average only.
