Genuinely no complains over anything a basic hotel needs to have to be good. But the location is really something else. 2 minutes walk away from one of the two largest shopping malls in KK, Suria Sabah. Perfect for plans to watch movies late night.

Lovely contemporary hotel with views of the sea and Gaya Island. Rooms modern, clean and of a good spec (tv, air con, nice bed). Rooftop pool, bar and gym.

Its a great place to stay and relax. We can also see great views from the twenty fifth flores of the hotel. Whats more the food is good to.

A complete non smoking hotel, perfect for families. We got a 3 bedroom suite which was wonderful 2 on suites with another toilet outside. Large living room and small kitchenette just enough to keep everyone happy. If you have kids this arrangement allows for them to take afternoon naps without being disturbed. Central to the shopping malls nearby like imago, Centrepoint, suria and soon to be opened convention centre, this is a convenient place to stay.

Beautiful sunset view. Romantic restaurant and best steak in town. Although pricey.

Suitable room space and proper facilities, attached breakfast, West, Malaysian style, mango juice is very good to drink, there are freshly fried eggs.

A new hotel with its issues. The hotel staff are friendly & food are ok but all items in rooms are not functioning as they supposed to be. The sink in the master bedroom flooded & water unable to go down, the homesafe was without power so unable to use, the microwave oven is still new with taped plug that was unplugged, there is an induction stove but no cooking pots or utensils, the cooking hood is not functioning. On the 28th Dec 2017, 2 out of 4 elevators were out of order, by 31st Dec 2017, 3 elevators were not functioning. Imagine having to wait up 30 minutes for a lift, was told only maximum 5 adults per lift (for a elevator that supposed to carry 17 persons) due to lift overloading! The management should takes steps to remedy the problem by redirect guest to use the staff lift etc. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah Mall, banks & downtown areas but it's plagued with multiple issues.

Beautiful Property with reasonable price even at peak dates that we stay 23-26Dec17 here are no surcharge not like others. Kingsize bed huge bed and reasonable size spacious enough for 2A + 2Kids. It is 4 star deluxe we consider with roof top swimming pool and Gym on 25th Floor. The bedding is of reasonable quality comfy and nice sleep. Room have no carpet hence we are not worry of old wet smell. Good choice that we have made. Located at centre walking distance to many shops and shopping centre. Even the jetty to TAR are reachable. However the room we stay 1104 does not have view but building next door. The quality so far comoensated that and also the multi channel of TV Station with a 42 Inch flatScreen. Small thing does matters to us. See the pictures shared.

Room is ok, clean n comfortable. Restroom and shower a bit small but really works. Hotel is strategic, located between jesselton point and Suria Mall, swimming pool is avaiable and open till 8 pm. Top view is really amazing. Come yrself and see the sea view ontop of Mercure Hotel.

New and comfort, walking distance to waterfront. But the sound proof from room should be improved. Roof top pool and cafe are stunning.

New hotel, nice location, courtyard view room with nature day light, family friendly with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms suite allowed for simple cooking. Highest rooftop bar in town.

Good Hotel, good conditions, good breakfast and nice staff. Badly 24 hours room service is very bad. After midnight almost doesn't work. Forgettable.

At 7am I asked why there was not hot water for a shower. I was told "engineering would fix it. The next day I had the same problem. There was no "fix". Apparently one has to run the hot water on full for 5 — 10 minutes before taking a shower. They could do well to leave a sign in the bathroom about this Otherwise. Pretty good.

Small room, small toilet and bad finishing in the toilet. If the price is low, go for it. If the price goes up, forget it.

Some rooms have no windows so make sure you request a room with a window. Breakfast is good. A few of the rooms have had a bit of a rush job on fixtures and fittings. Service though is very good and the gym is excellent.
