The matrress in room 404 needs replacement… plus yu need to keep a chair … and a door mat. Otherwise the meals were 10/10 as per choice.

Right in the heart of the CBD I was able to walk or easily get a Bolt or Uber. The restaurant didn't disappoint as long as you manage your expectations. They have their versions of dishes that decent.

Spad house has the best accomodation, and well trained staff.

Our stay at Purple Haze was nothing short of exceptional, and I would absolutely choose to stay there again! From the very beginning, the pre-arrival communication was seamless and thorough.

I stayed at Purple Haze for one month and I couldn’t speak more highly of my visit. The apartments was very well appointed, the security staff were very proactive and friendly. I felt really safe.

I mostly go there for meetings and there are good services delivered from people working here. It was founded by the NCCK.

First time in Nairobi this hotel located is super centralized to common areas restaurants and places to visit. Th service is good people super friendly and kind.

Placing Bathroom mat is not necessary, it holds more dirt and disgusting. I propose should be removed. A clean tile is enough and will accommodate easy flow of water to the drainage tap.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and everything was well organized. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Destination for exploring the East Side of Nairobi, Conferences, and fine dining.

The rooms could use a bit of touch up renovations here and there… for instance my room did not have hot shower while I was told it was Available.

We stayed in impala hotel for 10 nights and we were very happy. The rooms were nice and clean the environment was amazing, nice tables outside for relaxing, and chilling.

We stayed here for one night before heading out on safari. We received a warm welcome from the staff and were shown to our room, which was comfortable and had everything we needed.

We stayed in Khweza 3 times during our trip in Kenya and we had a very nice experience. We enjoyed staying on the rooftop to relax, since Nairobi can be pretty hectic.

Had a lovely bonfire and the service was so goood…. Love the quiet and the views of the sunset and sunrise. ✨

What a wonderful calm and comfortable stay I had in this hotel. Check in and out were smooth, location was excellent and quite affordable. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Excellent budget inn close to the airport. Do bring mosquito repellent and earplugs for the nearby noisy mosque.

I just felt so at ease. The woman working there, 11/10, the kids, the cute, stupid, sweet little barking dog. The barbers, pharmacies, and café outside the gates.

I recently stayed at this wonderful, quiet hotel for 7 days and it was an absolute delight. The surrounding greenery creates such a peaceful atmosphere, and I truly felt relaxed the entire time.

Everything here feels intentional — the energy-efficient systems, locally made furniture, and even composting bins. The hotel proves sustainability can be stylish.

I enjoyed excellent service and taste of the meals was amazing.
Best part: we got a private meeting area for the family.
