The friendly staff made it a memorable experience. They literally drop everything they are doing to assist or even to greet. The buffet breakfast was fresh daily and very delicious.

We loved the service, just from the reception all the way to our meal. We were welcomed by Hellen at kilele nyama, she was very warm, jovial and funny too. Her customer service skills are top notch.

We had to carry our luggage. No bellboys available… free water not to be restricted in rooms. There was no smile on one ofthe reception staff. Cold. Customer service needs a lot of course corrections.

Excellent service all round: front desk, breakfast selection, the rooms, and other amenities.

Stayed here you our arrival to Kenya. We explored the city from here before leaving for our safari. Y is e hotel was connected to a modern Mall.

This hotel is excellent in all respects; without exception all staff are cheerful, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Holliday Inn. The environment was welcoming, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my visit.

The rooms are part of old Aeroclub, special place to enjoy the atmosphere.
You literally sleep next to the runway of Wilson Airport. You have to xount with the nouse of aeroplanes.

Staff were professional, genuine care and kindness rather than simply carrying out their job duties. Rooms are very clean. The quality of food and service was excellent. Gym facilities are good.

We held a 3-day convening with over 100 participants from all over the world at the Trademark Suites Enaki in May 2026.

Everything nice except for soundproofing and the lack of airconditioning, even if it was not necessary, but mosquitos could enter inside by keeping the windows open in the hall.

We had a 2 night stay here as our flight times didn't work out for our return journey from Zanzibar to Amsterdam, so we chose to stay in Nairobi for a couple of days.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sarova Panafric Hotel over the weekend (Friday to Sunday) with my children, and it exceeded all our expectations.

In collaboration with my Kenyan Liaison, we booked rooms for 35 students & 6 chaperones here. The staff was very accommodating & patient with our large group of high schoolers!

Well located just along the Mombasa road. Ample parking is also available, reservations on parking is also available.

This is a smart and modern hotel in the City of Nairobi close to JK Airport. The hotel has a very large restaurant with a well stocked bar attached.

The restaurant needs some repairs, service is slow food is good. Ambiance is typically Chinese and the place is frequented by Chinese. This place is famous for its casino.

As a frequent customer, I always love my experience there.

Great place to be. I have a 12 day reservation and 9 days in I mostly have great things to say. The staff is friendly, Caroline helped us settle in our meeting room and made sure we were comfortable.

The team manager, Amit Sharma, was extremely efficient and truly hardworking.

I stayed several times in this hotel for business purposes. I strongly recommend it for many reasons.

The hotel is amazing, the view is very green and located in a quiet place and the staff are fantastic especially Abdirahman and Omer who are the front desk.

This is my favorite budget hotel stay in Nairobi so far. Huge room Comfy bed. Huge bathroom. Very clean. No AC so not sure I can stay in Feb but there is a fan and Sept has been very comfy.

My husband and I reside in England. When in Nairobi we stay in Fair Acres as it’s a safe and stylish hotel with great staff and customer service. We’ve noticed the breakfast provided has improved.

We stayed one night at Fair Acres Boutique Hotel after returning from safari, and it was truly the best choice we could have made.

We stayed in room 401. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.

We visited for the Christmas brunch and had an amazing time. The staff were very attentive, kudos to our waiter Amos and Chef Peter.

Got stranded in kenya and booked this hotel.
Service is ok but not perfect, bt got a free upgrade and we lived for 3 days. Convenient location and it looks around 20mins to Karen district.

Loved it. But we got lost several times, be careful with all the edits and roundabouts especially if driving from the bypasses. I loved the food especially.

Worth it… polite waiterse. Fresh food. Can't complain. Made our Christmas special and great… we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.
