Very good rooms, very confortable. I liked their service and also the freshness of their good! And their Gymn and rooftop restaurant were my favourites.

I liked everything about the hotel, modern Gym, heated pool, modern house standards, classic dishes ample parking…
Can't wait to be here again… Everything was perfect!

Great beds, very nice hot showers, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The food is really good, with fresh made omelets/eggs cooked for breakfast.

Good budget-friendly hotel with basic but functional rooms. The bathroom has only the essentials, but there’s both hot and cold water.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and convenience shops. Uber drivers had no problem finding it. It’s also centrally located to many restaurants, clubs and activities in the city.

I would recommend this place over and over. Truly a hidden gem.

Kongoni House was the most amazing B&B I've ever been to! The staff were so kind and always wanting to help and make sure you are at your happiest.

I stayed at Pullman Nairobi Upper Hill for my birthday and it was excellent. George at Guest Services truly stood out.

Wow! Very pleasant experience. My flight was cancelled and the airline booked this fantastic hotel for me on a short notice. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

We stayed here for a total of 19 nights (not consecutive), and also had booked several rooms for guests who travelled to Nairobi for a family wedding. Overall, we had a good stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team who were always ready to help with a smile.

This is a great airport hotel — it is beautiful when you walk in and the food is delicious — still thinking about the pesto fusilli.

We had a 2 day workshop here. The service was excellent (Samson and Shaleen and others always helpful) and the bookings team really accommodating and efficient.

We were hosting a bridal shower for a friend at the venue and everything from the set-up, friendliness and professionalism of staff, the taste of the meals were top notch.

I was visiting Nairobi Kenya for two days. My friend was recommending me to stay in the Westland area. So I booked Raha suites hotel for two nights.

Well maintained rooms.
Easy access to westlands and still be within reach of Nairobi's wider city life.
Modern amenities.
Wifi signal strength was solid throughout our stay.

There was construction outside during our stay and our shower was leaking — but for the price we paid we were satisfied and aren’t complaining!
Gym is top and has a wide range of best machines.

A secluded serviced apartment featuring a heated pool. It’s perfect for anyone learning to swim and looking for a private space to practice away from judgmental eyes.

We came to use the pool access for the day for 2000KSH pp. Lovely big swimming pool — not heated but very refreshing.

I was there for a business conference, it was a bit out of the way for that purpose but the service and food once there was excellent. I did not get a chance to review the rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jacaranda Hotel. The service was excellent, and the peaceful environment made the experience even more relaxing.

We booked a quick dinner and David at the reception really pulled the strings and made it happen.

The location is very strategic as it is opposite UON so accessing it ain't a problem.
