We had a 2 day workshop here. The service was excellent (Samson and Shaleen and others always helpful) and the bookings team really accommodating and efficient.

We were hosting a bridal shower for a friend at the venue and everything from the set-up, friendliness and professionalism of staff, the taste of the meals were top notch.

The service is sooo slow actually. Their either understaffed or they don't value fast service.

Great location and affordable prices. However the service is a bit slow especially when busy.

There was construction outside during our stay and our shower was leaking — but for the price we paid we were satisfied and aren’t complaining!

Being here at the amazing Villa Leone Guest House has been such a refreshing experience. I spent the whole week relaxing, recharging, and truly enjoying every moment.

The place is very beautiful and staff they are helpful also the hotel is so comfortable to stay I just feel like home.

Perfect stay at Aziz Suites. Staff was amazing. Rooms are quiet and a lot of space. Aziz café's food is great. Feel safe also with security.

Fantastic set of suites in block with security with comfortable beds, kitchenettes and powerful showers.

The facility is very good, well maintained and most importantly quiet. The gym could do with a revamped, like adding a full set of dumbell and completing the stream room.

It is a small hotel with a beautiful garden to relax. It's a little oasis in a practical location before/after a flight and to head out on a safari.

I had an unexpected 5 days stay at the Ngong Hills Hotel!
I originally planned only a one-night stay at the hotel on March 22, 2026, following a recommendation from my mother.

Other than the busy streets in Ngong road, I think this is the perfect place for conferences, holidays, or just a family time out.

The rooms are very clean and equip with most neccessities. All staff members are attentive, helpful, and very friendly.

Location, service and overall experience. I stayed here on my way to and from the coast. The FD staff, super cool. The security personnel, friendly.
