Maple Inn Hotel

Great service by staffers. Very cordial.
The ambience is also great and I fully recommend.

Always an awesome place to unwind with friends. Had a great moment with Rotarians. Great music, nice DJ mix, delicious food and hospitable staff.

A great place to spend free time with friends and family. Located just at the Northern Bypass road. The food is wow, the rooms are neat and well organised. The staff are friendly. Can't wait to visit and capture more nice memories here.

Good ambience, unprofessional waitresses and a very arrogant manager.

"Staying at the Maple Inn Hotel in Nairobi was an absolute delight! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout my stay, every moment was a testament to their commitment to excellence. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's amenities, from the rooftop pool to the on-site dining options, exceeded my expectations. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing local recommendations, their genuine hospitality made me feel truly at home. I can't wait to return to Nairobi and stay at Maple Inn again! "

I’m very happy with the hotel and it's services and rooms.

Very welcoming staff led by Tony and Liz. The ambience and service are good.

Great place with a laid back feel to it. And the renovations done recently have really spruced up the place. Best of all… The service is out of this world. The waitresses there are top notch and service is excellent. Give this place a visit this weekend.

Nice place to be… Ample parking… Services are great.

The place is excellent for the price. It is away from traffic congestion, and next to the airport bypass—delicious food, and very clean. I stayed for almost three weeks, and I had an excellent customer service experience. Everyone I interacted with was nice and provided great customer service.
My only complaint is the room I was in did not have room to put two pieces of luggage. I was forced to sit one on the couch and the other on a small table in front of the couch. Also, it would help to make the bathroom and shower room more modern by separating the shower area from the toilet with probably glass shower walls. That way, when showering, the toilet seat does not get wet. Plus, it would help customers avoid slippery floors in the bathroom as was my case, that ended up sending me to the emergency room in the middle of the night. First aid kits are also necessary at the reception/at the site, but there were none when I asked. I had to hold my bleeding wound with a towel to the hospital.

This is my go to place for an evening chill after work with friends… its not a noisy or busy place but that is just Right and perfect. Ruth always ensures am well taken care of. Alex is always rude. I wonder why the hotel keeps him at the front where he will engage with clients.
But other than that, its a budget friendly place.
