This is a beautiful hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Jordan. The location is perfect—close to the Visitor Center, yet in a quiet area with a lovely view of Petra. Everything was exceptionally clean.

What an exceptional stay! We were treated like kings and queens. The beds were amazing and after a long day walking around Petra, it was a great sleep.

Impeccable hotel in a quiet location at the bend of the main road, 5 or so minutes' walk away from the Petra Visitor Center entrance (downhill) and 10-15 minutes' walk away from central Wadi Musa

We have just spent 5 leisurely days in an totally empty Petra and every thing at the hotel was perfect. Room was taken care of best of any hotel we have stayed in in years.

We loved our stay here and found the hotel staff the best.
Food was superb and RAFA & kitchen prepared a wonder meal fit for kings just for the four of us.
We were thrilled.

On Exottica tour and just had great food for our evening meal. We were able to order as the hotel was empty and had awesome local dish and sweets. Rrafat was really helpful and kept us well supplied.

My stay at Hayat Zaman Hotel was honestly one of the most memorable parts of the trip. It’s not your typical hotel—it really feels like stepping back in time to how Arab communities used to live.

I have stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was one of the best hotels I experienced in my trip to Jordan.
Location wise, this is 5/5. Very close to Petra and to countless restaurants nearby.

Great value hotel, walking distance to the Petra entrance. Amazing view from the breakfast room on the last floor. The owner is super nice, they have a small supermarket on the ground floor.

I can only recommend the accommodation. Location about 20 minutes from the visitor center. Mr. Owner very helpful, gave us tips to Petra and helped us book a bus to Wadi Rum 🙂

Rooms are quite big for two persons.

The perfect accommodation to explore the nearby Petra. The wonderful host will do anything to make your stay special including taking you to a sunset tour on the mountain himself.

The hotel is clean ; breakfast is various and tasty. The position is great: it's centrally located (close to shops, cafes and restaurants) and just a few minute walk from Petra's visitor centre.

This stay was perfect for my time in Petra. The man knew I was going early and I would miss breakfast so he made mw a lunch. A veey welcomed gift in Petra.

Pros: the staff here are so incredibly kind and helpful. They walked us through all our options for our trip to Petra, and it came in clutch. The breakfast was a solid variety of options.

One of the best hotels in town. The Jordanian hospitality was well expressed where I was greeted with some hot tea, dates and Turkish candy.

The service and people in this hotel was fabulous. The hotel is 5 star so the expectation of luxury is definitely there.
