We had a wonderful time in the hotel, service is brilliant, really nice people all over the hotel. Food is great specially salad bar. Rooms are comfortable and new. Upper class hotel.

Petra is everyone’s dream place to visit. There are some very good options to stay in Petra right outside the archeological site.

When we arrived the security man told us the Grand Mercure is CLOSED for MAJOR renovation.
He was helpful, but his English wasn't very good.

At the beginning of May, this year, my wife and I had the pleasure to visit the beautiful Petra, and stayed at the Edom Hotel, Petra for a few days.

For our tour this was billed as a more basic hotel than some of the others but we found it to be a lovely place.

I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Petra. The hotel is very clean and feels quite new as it was open only in January 2026, which made the experience even more comfortable.

Visiting the Cave Bar is already a special experience, but what truly made my time there memorable was the service from Ziad.

Nice clean room and shower, the restaurant food was delicious and the husband and wife team were so lovely and accommodating. It is also situated in a great location, close to Petra.

One of the best hotels in town. The Jordanian hospitality was well expressed where I was greeted with some hot tea, dates and Turkish candy.

We had a great stay at Rafiki hostel! The location is great (the view from the rooftop! ), a lot of restaurants nearby and the entrance to Petra is a 15min walk.

Clean room, comfortable beds, no issues with hot water, and air conditioner blasted cold air when needed. Great stay for our visit to Petra.

Nice room and comfortable bed for a budget hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.
Don't bother visiting the spa.

It would be very easy for the Petra Guesthouse to take advantage of its amazing location right next to the entrance to Petra, or that most people only stay one night to provide a low level of service.

Petra Guest House Hotel is the best place to stay in Petra. It's located right next to the Petra Visitor Centre/ Entry point.

Nice hotel in a perfect location to walk to Petra. The staff was lovely and helpful, we could print there! A vast choice during the breakfast buffet and lovely chefs who made omelette.

Twin rooms were ~55 JOD per night. B&B.

Our stay at Tetra Tree Hotel was truly amazing. Very kind staff, tasty breakfast (thanks again, Randa! ) and the view from both the room and the rooftop bar is truly stunning.

Awesome service. It has a rooftop restaurant where you get a glimpse of the best sunsets. Great for pictures. Rooms are spacious, and the staff went over and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.
