Wadi Musa's streets are quite narrow, steep, and often crowded, so leaving a rental car along the curb runs a real risk of minor scrapes and bumps. The hostel is located in the centre of Wadi Musa, in a very strstegic position. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and silent.
I recommend this place 100%.
Not only the hotel is in the center of Wadi Musa and couldn't be in a better place, but the host Ali made our trip unforgettable.

Stayed there for 4 nights to visit Petra. I could store my bicycle outside. The private Single room was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed it. The toilet and shower is clean.

Very beautiful, great, clean and close to the entrance.
Value place is a nice apartment house with very helpful staff. Everything was clean and tidy. Petra is very close like less 10 mins walk. Restoraunts are very close and food is delicious.
This place exceeded our expectations! It was super spacious and the best location ever, literally 3 min from the Petra Visitor Center!
So this place has a marvelous concept, well executed, but in serious need of maintenance. The rooms look sort of like the website pics, but having aged quite a bit.

The accommodation was very good. Communication with the owner was very professional. Breakfast was good. The location is very close to center. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close.
I spent a few weeks travelling through The Middle East, stayed in several hotels and hostels and Desert Moon was definitely the best and one of a kind.
I'm so glad I discovered Desert Moon! The location is great — walking distance to everything Petra has to offer. Beautiful, very clean room with a comfy bed. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Beautiful location at the top of a very big hill with a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy the lights at night. Very close to Petra. The rooms are a little worn and shabby but very clean.
