Villas in IneVilla

The room had a very distinctive Kyoto charm, and the kitchen was fully equipped—it was delightful to cook and eat together with my family.

100% recommend. Walking distance to Gion, Nishiki market (both must dos), as well as Kyoto station (if you're not carrying luggage).

The Shinmonzen is best located in the middle of old Gion by a stream of water. The room are spacious and beautiful. It is so lovely to be surrounded with so much beauty in every corner.

A truly memorable stay at The Shinmonzen.

A fantastic find in Kyoto. Cheerful, friendly welcome at the central check in office and were able to head straight over to the Villa. We stayed in the Kaze villa which was stunning.

When we booked this place, we received almost immediate instructions via email, which was super helpful.

Exceptional stay with great service.
I had a great stay here. The location was excellent, the amenities were very good, and the staff were truly exceptional.

We liked the accommodation so much that we ended up extending our stay by an extra night. A big thank you to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and took care of everything with ease.

Very pretty traditional old house. The staff is very friendly and provides info about local restaurants etc.

It's perfect. Like experiencing a Time-slip into another Era.

I was visiting Japan and Kyoto in April 2023. With my family. We were traveling from Croatia/Europe and stayed mainly in Tokyo and Kyoto.

The traditional townhouse was exceptional. So beautiful, clean, and the garden lit up at night to accentuate the beautiful tree and plants.

Nice place, cozy rooms. Basic things are all ready for us to use and consume such as tea bags, sauces, rice, just to name a few.

Beautiful home, very good value for money. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect for our group of 5 (2 couples and 1 year old baby).

Lovely location, short distance from the Daitoku-ji Temple.

The Sasaki couple were both very hospitable and kind hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful location and I'd highly recommend to others who want to stay or eat in the North part of Kyoto.

Beautiful little place located perfectly to walk to the city or take a subway further.

Nice and cozy place, it has all the equipments required for a comfortable stay.
Good house to recharge your battery after visiting the amazing city of Kyoto.
Felt like home.

Such a lovely home in a great location. Within easy walking distance of the historic temple district, together with it's charming shops, cafes and restaurants.

Stay at Saito’s place because you want to try out a traditional Japanese home in a historic temple district.
Walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera. Charming neighborhood with eateries and shops.
