Cottages in IneCottage

We absolutely loved our stay at K's Villa! Such a lovely location and close enough to walk to everything that we wanted to see.

The customer service is the best of any hotel in world I have been to. We recieved a wonderful complimentary tour of the area.
The hotel is centrally located that makes walking everywhere easy.

The Villa was a great stay for our family of 5 to experience Kyoto!
While not in city center, it's still in a very convenient place; with a subway stop, restaurants, and shopping in the area.

Exceptional stay with great service.
I had a great stay here. The location was excellent, the amenities were very good, and the staff were truly exceptional.

I really like the house so much, the whole place was clean and the area was so quite & safe, not many things around but you can easily take the bus, my only problem was that you need to check-in in

Our stay in Yumeji Vintage Villa was very authentic and homey and we enjoyed the rustic Kioto living experience there.

Currently staying here. The host, the service and the location are just amazing! It's a beautiful traditional house with all the comforts you need.

Very good place to experience traditional japanese living with TATAMI FLOOR and FUTON BEDS. The villa has all the modern amenities as well. Highly recommended.

A nice accomadition near a pretty active commercial and restaurant hub. Comfortably sleeps 4 to 6, albeit two of the beds are in the same room. Excellent shower, and a cool outdoor tub.

Very cozy Japanese themed placed. Very serene, with many amenities for comfort. Many of the utilities have instructions for English speakers. Offers free Wi-Fi and house has air conditioner.

Traditional beautiful home stay easily accessible by bus.

The accommodation is beautiful and full of small details, like a small 5-star hotel. What impressed me the most was the owner, Miro. I arrived at night and got lost due to a misunderstanding.

We spent 3 nights at Rinn Umekoji and I have to say that it was one of the best accommodations we stayed in Japan.

This was the most amazing stay in Japan. The room is truly beautiful. An amazing almost home stay, authentic Japanese experience. We loved staying here and loved the owners.

When booking this stay, my primary concern was not having a hotel desk to help with any issues that might arise during our stay.

I stayed in this house for two nights and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect place for my husband, toddler, my dad, and me. Great location, quiet, cute neighborhood, walkable. 3 bathrooms and 3 showers! Washer and dryer. Super clean.

Amazing hotel with a luxury feel at an affordable rate. We stayed here for only one night and regretted not extending our trip for much longer.

Overall, this traditional Japanese townhouse is exceptional.
The location alone is 10/10 as it’s situated perfectly balanced between the Gion district and the hustle and bustle of downtown Kyoto.
