Very welcoming staff.
The cottage is great for family staying, and can accommodate up to 6 ppl by using futon beds.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We are staying at the cottage and it is great! Perfect for us. We arrived last night, doing laundry this morning. It is clean, well maintained.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed as a couple.
The bed practically took over the entire room.

So many good things to say. When arriving at the building at looking at the facade. You think you should not have booked there.

Great place to stay for skiing Teine resort and other resorts. My only complaint is the dorm style room you sleep in, is 80+ degrees. They do not turn the heat down and do not let you open a window.

This is the best hostel I have stayed at during my one-month ski trip in Hokkaido. The bed cabin are very spacious and have a lot of storage space.

10/10 recommend best place ive stayed in hole of Japan, super clean, place is very homie and cozy, everyone is so welcoming and friendly at the hostel, owner is also such a legend!

Quite solid place and service! Slept at here for 1 night before going to the CTS airport the next morning. The shower is good with strong water pressure and shampoo conditioner body wash etc.

I stayed at this guesthouse for three nights and had a wonderful time!

Clean and welcoming. I had single room as a solo traveller and it was incredibly good value. Right next to the subway so it takes less than 10 min to get to downtown. The place was really clean.

We stayed in this hostel during winter festival 2025 in February. Very polite and friendly personal. They stayed longer to allow us to register when our flight got delayed.

Great place to stay in Sapporo. It's in a calm neighbourhood, but you can reach the city centre quickly by taking the tram, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

The owners are the loveliest people. They put so much effort into making sure everyone is enjoying their stay.

Good for the price. Staff us polite and they have every service available required. Hell valley is pretty close and the hostel itself is just 2-3 mins walk from the train station.

Stayed 1 night in female dorm in July.
The environment was clean, spaces were stylish and comfortable, and the staffs were very very nice.
Will definitely consider visiting again👍

I spent 3 nights in Female Dorm. I like my F11 bed (bottom) that facing the window. There was space to put my luggage between bed & window. I feel like I have my private area.

I liked the hostel and would stay there again. The common areas are very nice and geared towards the solo traveler who doesn’t mind running into other spirited adventurers.

Finding this place was easy. The entrance to the hostel is up some steep stairs, and the checkin is actually on the 1st floor/bar/cafe area.

Really good Hostel run by passionate people. This is a place made for backpackers and other people who like it simple. Super cheap and still has all the amenities you might need (great bidet toilets).

I loved this place, perfectly clean, the share space is quite big and comfortable. The lady when we arrived was very welcoming, she took the Time to show and explain everything : thank you very much!

I book the double bed room. The price is reasonable, the room is fit for one or two persons.
The staff is nice. The location is near nijo market, but a bit far from other transportation.

The hostel is located strategically, right in front of Nijo market, the morning fish market. There are also several food options nearby.

Its the whole atmosphere for me. I rarely write reviews but this homestay is something I cant forget.

It's a very cozy guest house and u can really feel the warm and authentic japanese style of living here.

A few steps from the crouded center of the city, there is this craft beer tap room. A little and beautiful place to have a great beer and something to eat. Very recommended!

I stayed here while traveling to Otaru, it was an exceptional experience. This place is clean, well organized and gives a very cozy and home type feel.

Going to the guest house you have to climb up the slope road all the way up unless you have a car then thats easy.
The view in the morning and night is wonderful.
Room is quite big and spacious.

I got to stay here shortly after it re-opened post a 3 year shut down.

I rented a touring ski package from them, including Ski’s boots, Beacon, probe, shovel and everything was amazing. This place is a hidden gem.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay at this guesthouse! If I ever return to Asahikawa, I will definitely stay there again!

Great hostel, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and it feels like staying at someone's home and not really a guesthouse.

The rooms are a bit old, but the beds are comfy. The walls are very thin, which can be a problem at night or at dawn when tours start. There is a shared bathroom with a onsen.

I enjoyed the location of this guesthouse very much as it’s a 5 minute drive from Kotan Onsen.

Love the warm welcome by the host. We messaged them to inform that we would be checking in past 9pm because we were coming from Otaru, and asked if it was fine.

Fantastic overnight place to stay! The owner, Michi was so nice and welcoming and the place is very modern and clean.

Very comfortable and clean, warm and cosy, in the heart of the Ainu village of Nibutani.

The location is good. 9 mins walk from JR train station and 10 mins walk to Otaru Canal. The hostel was clean, but you need to put on bedsheets provided by the hotel.

Stylishly outfitted and very clean. The showers had strong water pressure and all amenities provided made for a seamless two night stay. The staff and other guests alike were quite friendly.
