Fantastic stay! I am traveling from Genoa as a couple with my boyfriend, we were welcomed by Dennis with such courtesy and kindness and he recommended many places to visit and where to eat.

Structure surrounded by greenery, carefully renovated respecting traditional materials and styles. Excellent location for visiting the various Umbrian villages.

The place itself is fabulous, with old wooden beams and floors. The desk clerk, Julia, was so helpful and nice and friendly. The breakfast room is gorgeous, along with the yummy breakfast.

OMG what a find! After checking out of a previous place in another town early because it wasn’t in a great location and not very nice we booked this last minute. We could not have been happier!

Hi used this hotel to stay while visiting Gubbio. Rooms spotless and staff were really friendly. Breakfast is served but good quality.

Very pleasant charming hotel. The terrace alone is worth it. Great view of valley to enjoy a drink and /or breakfast. Just a lovely spot.

It used to be an Italian villa. Should I say more? Wind your way through the extremely tight streets to park your car outside the wall.

In July 2024 our family of two adults and two teenagers stayed for two nights at Valle Rosa. We enjoyed every moment staying at this picturesque place.

A beautiful place to stay, lovely garden & pool. Accommodation excellent, we stayed in Il Loft, spacious one bed apartment, well equipped kitchen & own terrace.

The Umbria region is known for its hospitality and Navarro is a most kind and attentive host, above and beyond.

WOW! I wish I could give a million stars to this beautiful place. My partner and I spent five days here with 25 of our guests to celebrate our intimate wedding on June 22nd.

We were a group of four and have really enjoyed staying at Borgo di Pianciano.
It was exactly what we were hoping for, charming, quiet and well equipped typical Umbrian house.

With a group of 7 friends we had lunch and took a typical Umbrian cooking class at the tana del riccio.

If you are passing through or looking for a place to eat in Spoleto you absolutely must stop at "Tana del Riccio"!

We stayed at Sara's fabulous house for three nights. It's perfect for two families (four older adults).

Located a few kilometers from Spoleto in an extremely beautiful, quiet place with a panoramic view.

Never found such a well-kept accommodation… clean… beautiful… exquisite people, beautiful place.

The hotel location is perfect, exactly between the old city and the train station. Very quiet place. The breakfast was very nice, very quiet as well, with a very good service.

Definitely the good food of the restaurant, the cleanliness, the courtesy and the location in the center of Terni.

Gentle, warming, rooms are beautiful as the place. Owners are welcoming. Chef very nice and good cooking. For sure we will go back.

A 10 minute drive off the main Rd. The drive is a not gr8 but the place is quiet as a result. Not many rooms so front desk sometimes not manned. Its in a side room itself.

One of our favourite hotel. Super cosy rooms with great views on the country side. Amazing breakfast. Super convenient location, close to parking and lift connection for the centre.

I got married here in 2025 and Marta, Lorenzo and then entire team at Bramante were incredible. We had the best wedding and couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything!

We spent a night with friends in this Agriturismo show. Mrs. Olivia treated us as if we were at home. Large, clean rooms furnished with refined taste.

We stayed 8 days in this magnificent structure, a wonderful place to say the least. The very kind lady Olivia spoiled us with her abundant and delicious breakfasts with cakes made by her.

A restored fortified house, huge and nicely appointed rooms, excellent spacious bathrooms very friendly staff, copious and good breakfast. We were sorry that we only spent one night there.

Lovely place, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are truly realistic because they very much reflect those of an ancient medieval castle, and all the services were excellent.
