For those who love Nature this is the ideal place. Breathtaking scenery, relaxation, trails along the path leading to Spoleto, wonderful rooftop pool and cuisine with a sublime taste. Perfect location for trips to Spoleto, Assisi and the famous Falls. And what is no small thing for us nature lovers, but also animals … Here our 4-legged friends are welcome … obviously in mutual respect to them and the other guests… very kind and professional staff at the moment.

Lovely place; very polite staff, courteous and willing to fulfill the various requests. Comfortable and clean rooms. Really a great choice for a rest.

The customers are all the same, I recommend more education and humility. Nice place, but mismanaged.

Magnificent, private and welcoming structure with a delicious kitchen. If we add that it is placed in a beautiful place … there is nothing more to be added. Absolutely recommended.

Siamo stati in questa struttura qualche giorno fa come ospiti di un matrimonio. La struttura molto bella e ben curata è circondata dal verde tanto da rendere il posto un vero incanto. La cucina è molto buona, ed il personale molto disponibile e cortese. Inoltre, la mia ragazza è intollerante al glutine, e finalmente è stata trattata come una normale cliente e non come una cliente di tipo B, il ristorante infatti le ha fatto trovare degli strangozzi fatti in casa gluten free ed un dolce nuziale gluten free a detta sua veramente buonissimi. (Chi é intollerante al glutine so di cosa parlo).

Valle Rosa is a place for everyone: couples, families and groups. Nestled in greenery, with large spaces that increase the feeling of well-being. Impeccable cleanliness, kindness and large and pleasant rooms are just the starting point for a stay in Spoleto ideal: a kilometre from the center, but in nature, refined but informal, with excellent rates (but not for that you have to settle).

Nice farmhouse, strategic location to visit, small pool but pleasant breakfast. Deluxe double room for 100 euros. Exceptional price-quality ratio.

Very nice experience. Carlo and his colleagues were very kind. Great kitchen. The position of the B&B is strategic: In a short time you can reach in the car all the Umbrian places of main interest. The rooms are very pretty and ultra comfortable.

Weekend in Umbria. Typical and quiet place, genuine food.

Beware of the rooms above the restaurant when there are events like weddings or music you risk, as I happened, not to sleep and to pay full price despite the proven complaints!

Not completely satisfied.
We were in this structure for the bridge of August after having chosen among various solutions proposed in the structures of the area. In particular we were looking for a place in the green, not far from Spoleto with restaurant service and pool better if with Wifi available.
For this, what we liked most about this farm was just the location. Really a few km from Spoleto but immersed in the greenery of the surrounding mountains (very pleasant view despite a cumbersome trellis of light). The room we were given was newly built, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast (included) simple but good. Courtesy that we also appreciated were the bottles of fresh water put free at the guests ' disposal near the pool. However what disappointed us was to learn (only arrived there) that the restaurant was not open for lunch. So we were forced every day to move away from the farm in seeks of food. This was just a "inconvenience" that we would have preferred to avoid for which (however) we had chosen this farm compared to others. In addition to this the space of the pool is very limited compared to the guests in the structure and despite this we noticed that they are building other accommodation. The Wifi service was actually free. Pity however it was only available in the rooms, facing the central structure and not in others, cause signal problems.

We were there several times for lunch or dinner and also for two important ceremonies, we were always great, we eat well, courteous staff, nice environment, to really recommend!

Great country House… a kind of 4 star hotel but in the countryside. Ideal place also for weddings and all kinds of events. Location very close to the old town of Spoleto. Ps. The restaurant at the carte is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Location surrounded by greenery, well taken care of. There is a restaurant, ample parking, swimming pool and rooms for the overnight stay. These are located in a detached structure, this allows you to enjoy the full of nature. Inside they are finely furnished, clean and spacious, very comfortable the bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Council!

Great welcome, courtesy of the insiders: excellent and despite this, you seem to be always with long-standing friends, as at home … but here you are satisfied with every request expressed … as if they wanted to spoil you.

Beautiful property a 10 min drive from the centre. Gluten free friendly and very clean good sized rooms with country chic decor.

I've been to a wedding. The place is very cute and with a lot of potential, too bad the air conditioning was absent with a warm in room unbearable.

Complex at 2 km from Spoleto. Good location and spacious and new. Big breakfast. To try.

Really very but very nice, it is recommended to everyone, all all brand new with all confort excellent food, exceptional location, we were able to spend a relaxing weekend.
The hotel is located 2 ks from Spoleto the cost of rooms for the level offered is really ridiculous is recommended to everyone, thanks to a kind staff exquisitely attentive welcome

Great location, great room and breakfast. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Nothing really to complain.

I used to stay with my family for 3 days in July 2013, great cordiality, comfortable, clean rooms with tv, safe, air conditioning, minibar, surrounded by greenery, breakfast suff, pool is neat, clean, great location, Spoleto, Spello, Niagara Falls and other neighboring cities. Highly recommended.
