The strengths of this Hotel are undoubtedly the availability and courtesy of the staff. The rooms are clean the restaurant staff is helpful and nice and the food is very good. The Director is very helpful in giving information on places to see in Spoleto and surroundings and is careful to make sure that the stay is to your liking. Suitable for families.

The hotel is easily accessible. The location is fantastic. The availability and expertise of the staff is fantastic. The quality of the food although not excellent was still very satisfying.

Elegant hotel with contemporary art exhibitions, discreet rooms a bit dated the facilities and the mattresses. Ok the hot tub pool and gym, also has meeting rooms. Good continental breakfast. A 10 min walk from Spoleto Center

Very clean hotel with large common spaces. The staff are friendly and the breakfast varies: sweet, salty and guten free. Great location: easily accessible and close to the center. It enjoys beautiful views and offers both covered and outdoor parking. It has a swimming pool and a hot tub. Wherever you turn you find a work of art, even inside the elevator!

Good hotel and a walk from the center, quite clean and tidy. Staff friendly and available 24 hours. Private outdoor parking with fence and gate or in garage but with limited places. Great and hearty breakfast both salty and sweet, too bad for coffee not quality. The rooms are clean but with the carpet on the ground, which, doesn't make the environment very hygienic. Bathroom a bit dated but clean with shower in the tub. Negative note are the towels for the face, near the toilet cup.

Such a good idea! Artists from all over the world adding artistic “content” to each area of the hotel, including the elevetar shaft and the garage entry!

Excellent Hotel, full of modern works of art, clean, spacious, excellent breakfast, very courteous and professional staff. We were greeted by a lady in love with Spoleto and the history of Art, who illustrated with grace and passion the beauties of the city, with precise and detailed information, history of monuments etc… The hotel is close to the center, closed garage. The greeting before the departure was not less pleasant than the reception the owner of the hotel, fond of modern art told us his passion with enthusiasm. Very pleasant time. We were more than satisfied recommend to all this hotel.

We did not stay in the hotel; We were guests in the day for a pool league. Friendly staff, Spoleto centre within walking distance, ample parking in the area but I have no other details for a review.

Modern structure equipped with large, clean, well-furnished and heated rooms, enriched by many contemporary works of art that make it completely original. It is located just outside the old town, within walking distance in a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas time. Right from the start you are available to solve any of our problems or to give us advice on the spot. Unfortunately on the last day it rained and having some trouble getting to the station, they offered to accompany us. Definitely a great stay.

Elegant and tastefully decorated Hotel, particularly for the numerous works of contemporary art contained within it. The location is strategic, a few steps from the pedestrian center.

Nice and pleasant hotel. When you move the curtains in the morning, you get a view of charming hills and mountains of Umbria, which is priceless. The congress centre is very pleasant and well-equipped, too. The only thing which was below a European 4-star standard was food. Breakfast could've also been slightly richer, but when it comes to lunch and dinner, there were only two meals (out of eight) without pasta. It was as a kind of a joke from a Hollywood film about Italy. No soup, no salad, just pasta and more pasta. And then some meat in the end.

Pokestop and gym next to the hotel, breakfast service was terrific and there was semi okay Wi-Fi in the rooms. Location was also next to a good restaurant.

I came to the hotel with my class and other and I must say I am puzzled by some things during meals and that the covers they did allergy to some of my mates but otherwise everything perfect.

"Ideal"
In a cute weekend in Spoleto for the girls I have been to this hotel. Convenient position perfect for sightseeing of the city but also to move to nearby places. Spacious and comfortable room overlooking the panorama of the city and contemporary work of art that grew above the headboard of the bed. Breakfast rich in everything and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Even with customers who demanded a thousand things together and directions.! I think I will return.

A great property close to the Centre but with parking and garage. Being of Spoleto there often understood at the time of the conventions that organize, but the last time I got to try the restaurant which I thoroughly enjoyed! Free Wi-Fi in all areas is another good thing for which I recommend.

Example of bad management of a 4 star hotel in great location. The rooms are spacious and decorated with works of art but the carpet and air conditioning system make them almost unbearable in winter, when the heater is turned on. The Bar is low and pleasant space. The restaurant serves a few plates and, sometimes, even cooked wrong. Even in the restaurant she chokes with the heating on. Very good spa.
