Very cozy hotel, clean rooms, and well furnished, friendly staff and above all sunny.
Great food!
The location is really great to reach the historic center, and especially to reach the cars to the private parking.
I recommend this Hotel 😀 we really enjoyed it!

Very pleasant structure and location. Very friendly welcome. Restaurant staff and floors really very attentive and very nice. It was a pleasant surprise. I don't know breakfast yet but I have very good hopes.

2 days to spounwith with just one overnight stay in the hotel I have to say that as a hotel from 4th stars goes great my room was huge with a beautiful and comfortable double bed from my room the 301 you could even see the gorgeous Roman amphitheater in beyond the city and really very quiet in the evening. Very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Next year maybe I'll be back
for now my judgment and GOOD.

Our first choice of emergency accommodation when our vehicle broke down and we had to wait for repairs. They were very helpful when we had to keep extending our stay, juggling other bookings around so that we didn't have to move rooms. Lovely buffet breakfast included in the price. Great dinner in restaurant where we ate one night. All staff very friendly and helpful: the owner, restaurant staff, receptionists and housekeeping. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Spoleto. Lovely big rooms, great views, very convenient location.

Hotel level. Friendly and efficient staff. We stayed in December 2017 and our room was very hot! Breakfast is very good Really recommended.

Hotel very close to the historic centre of Spoleto "Alta", with a small parking for loading and unloading, with an agreement with Spoletosphere parking at 500 meters (but quickly reachable by mechanized route).
Staff in the reception and restaurant very kind and very helpful. Very spacious room in spite of the extra beds (huge double bed, plus single bed for the 6 year old girl, plus cot for two years old girl). Great breakfast-cleaning and change of all the daily linen. Spoleto Perfect as a base for visiting Umbria.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a great time! Kitchen not trivial, menu to paper very interesting, very good value for money.

Hotel a few steps from the centre, the rooms with the name of the order and the cleanliness. We enjoyed the most efficient breakfast. Very patient staff!

Hotel dei Duke is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Spoleto, close to the Roman theatre and the main post office. The lobby is very cozy and the staff friendly. I was invited to dinner by friends of Spoleto: The menu was excellent, strangozzi with truffles, roast beef in the right place, with artichokes and a delicate vegetable flan.

Nice but air conditioning/heating too noisy!

Structurally long-standing Hotel so all the interiors. The room with double bed made with two single beds hole in the center. No availability to anticipate breakfast set at 7 o'clock. 30. I would not return.

The only thing that does not hurt but that should be clarified immediately and that if the parking on site is full, the one where you are sent is at your own expense. For the rest spacious rooms clean and with great view, bathroom with jacuzzi and all the comforts that a hotel should have. The breakfast. Spectacular!

Great location Very friendly staff and they served a great breakfast. Unfortunately we were peddling two single beds united as a double. Believe me the space between the two beds you could hear! Price quality not favorable.

Good rooms and beautiful views of the hills.

We have only been here one night but this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and simple. The beds are amazing. We have a gorgeous view of the valley from our room. The lobby bar is warm and inviting and breakfast is really wonderful with lots to choose from and again, an amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel. Modern but with lots of charm. I'm writing this review while I am in the breakfast room!

We were there with a group of 50 people and I'm proud to have brought it to this great hotel in all respects. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, very cared for service and cleanliness. Excellent dinners and breakfasts (abundant and based on typical and high quality products). The staff very professional and all endowed with great sympathy, they know how to do very well with customers. It was really a pleasure to stay there and I hope to have soon opportunity to return. Thank you to all the staff on behalf of the whole group. I recommend it 100%.

Going 3/4 times per year: central location, nice rooms, nice breakfast, pleasant staff, good price, not during the Festival: here's why.

There I stayed only one night. The room was cozy with a balcony that overlooked the valley below. Great value for money.
