Really great experience!
Good value for money.
Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by Alessandro, the owner 😊
It is about 10 minutes from the Marmore waterfalls.
The B&B is Pet Friendly, in fact even our Maremma shepherd was able to stay there.
➜ I booked this baby on the internet and it was very wise. Having arrived on site as agreed via wire, I found the owner at the reception, a helpful and kind guy who provided me with all the useful information for my overnight stay in detail. Room well laid out, clean, comfortable as is the garden belonging to the room. Structure well located to all services and the city center, super attentive and kind welcome from the lady who owns the structure. Excellent and plentiful breakfast served with everything you want. What can I say, the next stop in Terni I will return with real pleasure. Recommended for all those who want to spend days relaxing… and in the fresh air. PS you sleep very well even without air conditioning.

A wonderful place to stay. It is very easy to find, in a great location. While it is in the city it is completely wooded with lots of other plants, so you feel like you are staying in the forest in a beautiful vintage building that has been wonderfully restored. Absolutely wonderful hosts! A true pleasure to talk with them and they were so helpful with helping me solve some problems. A great location, there are two shopping malls within a five minute walk and a great discount grocery store right across the street. Add lots of wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. There is secure parking behind a gate, great for cars and motorcycles. A beautiful clean large room with a large bathroom and great shower. It also has a wonderful balcony. A wonderful breakfast. A true pleasure to stay here.
