This b&b surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the city center is a little jewel. Comfortable and large rooms. Very quiet area surrounded by greenery. Splendid panorama.

Large, comfortable rooms. Small but adequate breakfast. Short walk to a self-service laundry, restaurants, shops, mini mart and supermarkets.

Very nice and fresh apartment with no less than three aircons, which was much needed when it was 39 degrees outside. Very large terrace/balcony and comfortable bed.

Virgilio and Marco, father and son, run this charming guesthouse within walking distance of the heart of Terni.

We stayed at M&M's home, and it was such a great experience. The place is super clean, well equipped, cosy, and very romantic. It's on the 3rd floor without a lift, just in case you don't like stairs.

Our stay was very memorable, relaxing, the scenery was lovely, and the owner was very very kind.

The property is located in an area with a lot of attractions around : thermal waters, wineries, etruscan sites, beautiful towns. It is a farm with dogs, sheep, olive trees, very nice.

Charming hotel just across from the train station, which was very convenient. Free basement parking that was a little hard to locate, but it is right beside the hotel via an unmarked driveway down.

Great cozy clean quiet facility. You eat very well and in abundance. Staff all without excluding any courteous and kind. Mrs. Elizabeth is an exceptional and sublime person. Thank you for everything❤😘

I give 3 stars to this hotel which I find fair. I was staying in the hotel for 3 years, for 3 weeks each time. The price corresponds to the service and quality you get.

Great location “in the middle of nowhere”: be prepared to go for a little dirt-road climbing with your car, but the effort is totally worth it. The owners are kind, welcoming and willing to provide
