Umbria Hotels

An enchanting place, both for the natural beauty of everything that surrounds this house and every meticulously cared for detail, and for the loving availability, professionalism and kindness of the

It is rare to have a perfect stay. Each person is made in their own way and it is therefore easy to find something that isn't right.
Not here at Podere Battegone.

We absolutely loved our stay here!
We were touring Italy on a motorbike and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Wonderful location, food & people.

I had a relaxing three days at this lovely little resort, with wine tasting, spa treatments and a lot of lazy time by the pool.

Excellent welcome and exceptional location.
See you soon!

A beautiful place immersed in the Umbrian countryside. Excellent for families, 4 of us.

Beatiful views on Assisi old town. Kind service and clean rooms without any issues. Pool is nice and tidy, perfect to refresh yourself after long walks through Assisi.

All okay! Excellent hospitality, kitchen, panoramic view, spotless rooms and very good prices👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Room was clean and the location was good with easy access to bus, taxi to Perugia airport, trains to Rome and Florence and other towns in Umbria.

Amazing value for the money. Location is so convenient, the rooms are super clean and the bed comfy, with tea facility. The staff is lovely and allowed us to check in earlier.

Location is great: close to Assisi and to Santa Maria degli Angeli. The rooms are simple but comfortable. But what I loved the most is how friendly, accommodating and flexible the hosts are.

I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed x 5 nights half board, felt like home… friendly, attentive, caring they managed to satisfy our every need.
Thank you very much ❤x everything.

There were 21 of us… we were very comfortable, spacious, clean and well-kept apartments. Kitchen and common room perfect for large and welcoming groups. The park and the swimming pool are beautiful.

A superb place with a magnificent view. The swimming pool is spacious and well maintained. The numerous and comfortable rooms.

Excellent B&B in Castelnuovo, a stone's throw from Santa Maria degli Angeli. Brand new and well made structure, in rustic style, very characteristic.

Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature, truly a quiet place to unplug. The managers are very nice, courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. The rooms are very clean and welcoming.

A cozy hotel to make a stop when you visit Perugia. The staff were really friendly, rooms were modern and clean. The fitness was really impressive (high tech equipment).

We ate here during lunch one day after a hike and we picked a gem! Our food here was of our top meals when we were in Italy! Service was fantastic and so welcoming.

A beautiful place to stay, lovely garden & pool. Accommodation excellent, we stayed in Il Loft, spacious one bed apartment, well equipped kitchen & own terrace.

Beautiful and cozy home in Umbria that gives you space to relax and take in the views.

This beautiful gem is hidden away in the hills of Umbria and was everything we could imagine!

Located a few kilometers from Spoleto in an extremely beautiful, quiet place with a panoramic view.

Never found such a well-kept accommodation… clean… beautiful… exquisite people, beautiful place.

If you’re visiting Orvieto this is a must stay. Everything was perfectly clean and neatly presented. They had food, coffee, milk and waters waiting for us which was very handy after a day of travel.

What makes for the perfect accommodation?
First, the professionalism of the staff when you initially make contact and then the follow up. In our case, Sabrina was an absolute delight to deal with.

The house was super clean and had all amenities required for a family stay. I would wish to come back and stay for long.

With antique and preserved furniture at the same time as a modern house, this place gave me a beautiful experience in Orvieto, the owner of the house was super attentive.

My wife and I stayed at this property last June to see the Spello flower display.

We stayed 3 nights at this farmhouse, splendid location, relaxation accompanied not only by the view but by the large swimming pool.
