The location is outstanding. A beautiful landscape on the surrounding hills. Numerous blocks of apartments are immersed in olive trees and surrounded by well-kept hedges. Relaxing environment.

Great place to stay. Rooms are great, view is amazing and the heated pool is a very good addition.
Breakfast is good and all staff are friendly.

Very cozy and comfy hotel, super nice staff. Modern style, but still comfortable and not tacky. And literally steps away from the train station without being loud or crowded.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, thermostat in the room worked correctly keeping the room temperature as desired.

Our first visit at this extremely welcoming hotel it was through the introduction by my Italian cousin Lupi just before Easter.

We found Antico Borgo Carceri by pure chance and we are glad we did it’s a true gem nestled in the heart of Umbria.

Beautiful and captivating borgo in the heart of Umbria — Elena and Stefano are excellent hosts, we really felt as if we were at home.

The restaurant is marvellous! Excellent, traditional Umbrian food set in a gorgeous location overseeing the Spoleto valley. The service is really good too.

We stayed here twice on our bike tour. It's a nice hotel with great expansive views of the valley. Our first room felt a little dated, but on the second visit, we got a nicer one.

We spent 2 weeks with friends in this wonderful place. Very comfortable conditions, peace and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay with a very nice estate and a very helpful host. Good stuff for children and good products from the agriculture.

Our vehicle broke down in Fabro. We ended up in this B+B for the night. I couldn't be happier. The host is incredible.

If I could give Le Palazze 10 stars, I would! This is such a beautiful and authentic Italian countryside getaway experience. The space was incredibly clean. Our host Serena, was a heaven sent Angel!

Beautiful agriturismo near Assisi. Our host, Roberta was very accommodating and helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, pet friendly policy, and the clean, beautifully renovated room.

Really enjoyed our stay — great base to explore Umbria. You can also walk (20-30min) to both Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angelo. Amazing view of Assisi and Mount Subasio.

What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family.

The hotel is well situated close to the main site attractions, eg walking distance to St Francis basilica. The hotel is very clean with very friendly and helpful staff, one of them Rim was very good.

A delightful family run hotel. Lovely terrace area out front where excellent breakfast is served and where you can get drinks served during the day. Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning.

Easy to reach by bus from Assisi station. Hop off in the car park and walk over the road and there you are! Centrally situated. 10 minutes and you are at the Basilica.

A beautiful place for a few days long stay. As the name states, the house is surrounded by nature and you definitely need to have a car so you can enjoy all the natural beauty around the place.

We spend a week with friends and family in Casale degli Olivi early August and it was truly amazing! The villa is really nice, well situated and located and very well equipped.
