We booked a room with just little notice: but everything was just perfect.

Lovely hotel with plenty of car park space. Hotel is clean and has all the four star amenities. It’s a bit of a drive to town but that’s was ok as there is congestion charge around the city.

A small wonder. Superb service, outdoor seating (and indoor), excellent menu. Superb veal, cut thick, flank meat. Semifreddo was perfect. Not expensive, views.

Very beautiful restaurant, serving quality dishes made with local produce, accompanied by delicious wines.
The service was attentive and friendly (especially the woman with short black hair).

Comfortable hotel, easily connected to Perugia centre, Assisi, Spello and Spoleto. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Serena and her team make a great job.

Beautiful villa & location. Well maintained. The room was larger than expected. Excellent dinners in the restaurant. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars … mosquitos!

Great food in the cozy restaurant, friendly staff, exactly what you are looking for if you take the long hike up from Spoleto.

Nazaro is the best host you could want. I got the warmest welcome. The room was nice, everything was very clean.

The atmosphere at Podere of Pescara is simply superb. The rooms are incredible—spacious and impeccably clean. The owner's courtesy is outstanding, making you feel right at home.

We had a lovely stay in the heart of Orvieto. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no trouble arriving by car due to the excellent instructions provided by the host.

What can I say. The whole experience was magical — the hotel, the town.

A beautiful and peaceful place, lush with greenery. The olive oil is excellent. Fiametta, who works at the restaurant, is very very kind.

We stayed here two nights as it was so close to Orvieto, Rome and not too far from Montepuciano. The views are spectacular.
