Family management here operates on arrogance, deceit, and aggression. Ferragosto here was a disgrace. Their Facebook ad promised lunch + pool with sunbeds and umbrellas “first come, first served. ” Total lie. Arrived early, told beds are for hotel guests only. When I showed the ad, “management” (the owner’s son’s girlfriend) screamed at me for no reason, and kept on screaming while dragging me to her boyfriend because she couldn't handle their own mistake in advertising, and instead of resolving the matter he defended her aggression. Unprofessional, shameless behaviour and absolutely disgraceful. Dozens of beds sat empty all day, yet paying lunch guests were left to roast on the grass. Staff admitted privately they were ordered not to help us. Incompetent and hostile behaviour. A toxic family culture where lack of respect and contempt for paying guests is encouraged. If you value honesty, respect, or even the basics of hospitality, STAY FAR AWAY.
