Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this place. The staff is unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all. We forgot something in the room after we checked out. We contacted the Hotel the same day but obviously they don't bother to answer e-mails. The hotel we stayed in after was finally able to contact them but they refuse until now any help to get our forgotten things back. Although we offered to pay the expenses in advance.
We will never book this hotel again!
Also the place itself is nothing special and far away from what they advertise.
