A beautiful living room, the property is beautiful, cared for, clean, complete with everything. The pool, the great breakfast, the excellent location just outside Spello, the kindness of Mr Alberto and his wife Stefania. We will definitely come back and I recommend it both as a relaxing stay and for base to see the beautiful countries a few kilometers like Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia etc. Thank you for everything and soon!

Last year on the day of August, with the old management, we had a really good time and the price agreed upon booking for pool plus lunch remained the one at the end of the day. Today, however, in August it was a disaster. With the owners we had agreed a price of 30 euros with pool plus lunch, at the end of the day we were presented with an account of 45 euros per person; the children who were with us were under the age of 4 and ate a plate of tomato pennettes at a cost of 15 euros per child while last year the children did not pay. Wine at 10 euros per bottle when at the supermarket "I say" is at a price of 1.19th.
Poor aperitif, serve only chips already open for a few days with aperol spritz and juice ace. As soon as they pointed out the owners were very rude and rude! Very nice location but the owners are not up to managing this type of business. Srecommended!

I was there on a 3hour afternoon pool 10euro. I came back today and you understand that they are not of the industry, at the meal they serve very poor wine and is charged as casting gold (just go to the nearby discount store and it is on offer) prices for an excessive portion of pasta children (pens with tomato 15 euros. Felt as if the guy in charge was after my every penny to be honest. Pool ok for dunking, but loud radio prevented any chilling. Maybe just not our vibe but so many nicer more rustic and friendlier options.

I stayed at this property one week but then I extended another because I had a great time. The location is ideal for seeing Spello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and the cities around (Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, etc. ) since it has the freeway a short walk away. The apartments are nice, well looked after and very clean. Having a half-board treatment I ate for dinner at their restaurant… Awesome. The dishes were great (home-made pasta etc. ) and presented with care and impeccable service.
What made this country house special was the infinite kindness of the owners, ready to accommodate all our requests, and their professionalism.
I felt like home… even better.

I had been in this place two years ago there was a management not at all ok, today was taken over by the property great Alberto and the very nice Stefania, and the restaurant is the farmhouse are back a 5 stars superior

Yesterday, 01/20/2017, I celebrated the Communion of my son, wonderful place, excellent food, we chose a menu of meat and fish which was very pleasing to all the guests, I highly recommend it!

Country house just wonderful, surrounded by nature just a step from the wonderful centre of spello, family, fantastic, food excellent, rooms clean and well furnished, highly recommended!
