Hotels in Umbria with Breakfast

Our family of four stayed at the B&B for one night en route to the coast. The rooms are well kept and there's everything you need, including air conditioning.

Julio and Vera were fantastic hosts. We stayed here before our wedding and they took such great care of our group. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

This is a really special space. The only downside was that we didn't book to stay longer. Moaz was so kind and made us feel super welcome.

To start this review, if I could give six stars I would. Our host was wonderful in every aspect. Our Italian is horrible so we thought we may not be able to communicate.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spotless, the breakfast was great, location was fantastic and the owners were amazing.

We stayed at Agriturismo Le Fontane in mid-May for only two nights, but we truly wish we had planned a longer stay! Everything was like brand new, and so cosy.

An unforgettable experience! Anna and Maurizio were the most amazing hosts — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The place is beautiful, and their hospitality made it truly special.

We stayed two nights in this lovely agriturismo, conveniently located close to Rome and several cute 'borghi' nearby, like Calvi and Narni.
