We had an outstanding stay at Palazzo Roma. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the rooms — as well as all common areas — were spotless and beautifully maintained.

Summary: luxurious, historic, and comfortable stay without the bells and whistles of big hotel chains.
Excellent property with what I can only describe as a luxury, yet super homey experience.

Great stay overall! The location is perfect and super central right on Via del Corso. The room was nice and comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 people and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, the apartment was very nice and the rates of the room was very reasonable.

I personally stay here as well as book for clients and this hotel is perfect in every regard.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. 5 mins walk Trevi Fountain, 10 mins Pantheon, 20 mins Colleseum and 45 minutes walk to Vatican.

Had a great experience, our flight was delayed by a day, they were more than accommodating, Federico from the front desk was very welcoming, room always clean, all staff in general was kind.

This is a great location to stay in central Rome.
It is beside the Trevi Fountain. Many of tourist sites are within walking distance.

Four days at Chapter Roma and I’m officially spoiled for every hotel after this.
The location is perfect—tucked away enough to feel peaceful, close enough to walk everywhere that matters.

You will not find a better location in Rome. This hotel is a wonderful "find". Small and friendly — staff was so helpful and kind. Room was small but more than adequate. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Excellent location. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very small and have no view, but really comfortable for sleeping which is all one wants on a holiday.

This hotel is charming and quaint, and situated in the same piazza as the Pantheon. Our room looked onto the Pantheon, which has to be one of the most magical views in Rome!

Ok I wasn’t sure about this hotel originally, I liked the location and the price but since this is Europe, I was expecting a tiny room and something that doesn’t look as the pictures.
But I was wrong!

We spent four nights in this delightful hotel in May. It is tastefully furnished in the public areas and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

What a beautiful hotel, close to all the main landmarks, very clean and excellent staff.
Our room was cleaned daily, with chocolates left on the pillows.

Is in the center of the city, near Parlamento and Colisseo and Piazza Navona e campo dei Fiori and good restaurants.

Excellent location. Room for 3 was a good size, comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was nice (although there was no shampoo/conditioner), good shower. Comfy beds.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent. It is in easy walking distance to the main attractions and neighborhoods. Basically 15-20 minute walk to anywhere.
The rooms were large and clean.

A small hotel in the center of Rome — nothing special at first glance. But I’d highlight two things: exceptional cleanliness and the high standard of housekeeping.

Had a really lovely stay here! Room is certainly tighter than what we are accustomed to in the US, but it was well designed to give us everything we needed. The bathroom was huge comparatively.

Very modern hotel with smart home features. You can change the lights, set the temperature, open the curtains with an iPad.

The Amazing Suites were very nice and in a perfect location. Centrally located, you literally can walk to everything.

We stayed at Locanda Cairoli, for 4 nights, right before Christmas. The Hotel is so easy to find, on a piazzeta, you can see, on the first floor, the "HOTEL", writen on the windows of the first Floor.

Clean, modern and classy at the same time! Did not expect much being in Rome but this hotel over seeded my expectations! Lovely foyer and staircase! Very central too! Next to the pantheon!

Amazing Roman chauffeur picked up from the airport and brought us to Rome for the first time and it could not have been any better!

I'm not being dramatic here… this might have been the best night's sleep of my entire life. The bed was SO soft you just sink right into it. The towels were also great and super absorbent.

Amazing location,, 5-10 minutes walk to colosseum, Vittoriano, pantheon and trastevese. Pizza place in the same building was great too. Staff is very friendly.

Just came back from our trip to Rome. Wanted to share my great experience for my stay. Staff were super friendly. They called me days before our arrival to confirm.

This hotel is well located next to the Pantheon and within easy walk to the main sites of interest, many restaurants and cafes. Check in easy, breakfast is good, and staff are very friendly.

Our stay was excellent! The rooms are great and the facilities as well. The daily housekeeping really makes you feel at home.

Except a bit of noise at night from the street everything very good.
The bed is good, room is nice as well as breakfast.

Great place to stay. The entrance looked a little sketchy. But don't let that throw you off. This place is top notch.
