Staff poor service and cleaning absent better sleep in station.

Room in nice, not too comfortable and spacious. Design ia fine. Bed is big comfortable. No couches. The tub is cool, but function partially. The TV is big, have Netflix, sometimes make sudden annoying light in the middle of the night. Breakfast is very basic, not good, it is cool to eat at bed though. The hotel is at second floor, the elevator cost 1€ per use — bad. The total price is affordable, but notice that you have to add few euro's per night as city tax. The room tends to be very high tech, for me the tech is slow and uncomfortable to use. Location is very good.

Very unique experience… Very comfortable stay… one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in… The rainfall shower is spectacular… The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Extremely convenient location right in the center, close to most attractions. Glad we decided to stay here.

Excellent location. Very modern high tech hotel in old Rome. Like the contrast. Biggest bed we've ever had in a hotel. LED rain shower was awesome. Big screen TV with Netflix movies! Best part was the handsome and helpful Paul serving breakfast in bed. Recommend.

Hotel Trecento seemed great at first and centrally located. But when we came to leave, my purse with a couple of hundred dollars in was missing from the safe. No explanation but clearly stolen. A sour note on an otherwise great trip to Rome.

This hotel is in the heart of Rome. It is super modern and cozy. The staff are very friendly. The room is outfitted with color changing LEDs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Rome.

I have been calling you non stop for the past two hours, and the call goes to a registered message telling me to try back later. I then resorted to email and, although I specified in the mail that I need to urgently talk to hotel staff, have neither been contacted via phone or mail. As a travel writer I am flabbergasted by the complete lack of comunication with you. You may be positioned in an amazing part of the city, but so are many other hotels. You might want to rethink your phone and email system if you do not wish to be squased by your competitors who at least are customer centric.

I just got back from Rome today after a 7 night stay, and the hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms are out of this world and the staff are very helpful and friendly. As for its location, well it can't get much better than where it is as the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are under 2 minutes away as is the colosseum as that's only a 10 minute walk away. Well worth the money and will gladly stay again… and I highly recommend it to anyone else that's thinking of a trip to Rome.

Impeccable service! High tech room — perfect english! Staff was very attentive, they called us a taxi which arrived exactly 3 minuted later as they had predicted. Breakfast was very good too, served in the room. This hotel has made our stay in Rome very special!

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! Claudia and Francesco are wonderful! They saved our lives and made sure we were taken care of. Great restaurant recommendations by both, and amazing accommodations. Daily breakfast in the room was a very nice treat! If we ever have the chance to get to Rome again, that's definitely where we are staying. Loved it!
