Given that the Australian government isn't expecting travel for years I would expect this hotel to allow refunds or an open ended credit/voucher for those countries like Australia that aren't allowed to travel any time soon. Expiry of 2021 is not suitable for Australia as it has been mentioned that international travel will no begin until 2023. And yet Scotland hotels were more than happy to refund for accommodation that was originally booked as non refundable prior to Covid. Considering the situation we are all in I think its very poor form that you are happy to keep our money knowing it's not our fault that we cant come to your country.

On the other hand our room was next to the front desk… we heard everything … poor insulation … shame.

Dirty hotel — my two stars are only for the location — I honestly think housekeeping was on strike during my four night stay — I am leaving a day early and moving to a different hotel for my last night in Rome as 3 days of no maid service despite repeated attempts of me asking reception to have the room cleaned and the three day old towels to be removed have been ignored. My room was dingy and dark and my view of the building across the road wasn’t the best but I’m not overly bothered about views the single window in my room was very small and didn’t let any light in that mixed with the dark blue paint job in the room made the look and feel very dark and dingy — my theory as to why the dark Blue decoration is that it hides the fact no one cleans.

This is old residents more to hotel then B&B. The room is very nice and clean, bed very comfortable, the interior design of this residence are classic and clean and nice. And location on the city centre. They have free fresh juice for breakfast that you can pick any 3 kind of fruits and it was great. However, the staff here not very friendly. I just didn’t expect this kinda grand residence with kinda unfriendly staff. Worth pay for the room but not the hospitality. overall, this is good place and good room to stay. The the staff not smiling and always pretend busy. As well lack of product knowledge. For example, We’re asking about happy hour but the staff can’t give us complete answer cause he didn’t know about the promotion and free drink etc.

Staff failed to wake us and bring down luggage. Clogged shower drain. Lots of issues. Stay away!

Fantastic location near bus terminal etc. Minor problem with blocked shower tray & despite informing reception 3 times, this remained throughout the stay. Similarly persistent bed bug issue despite reporting this. However not much time spent in rooms, so these should not detract from the many positives.

Great experience in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast Fresh. Beautiful Junior Suite room with little attentions on arrival. Bedding very comfortable but difficult to sleep alas as the street is really too noisy until 3am despite the insulation. Thank you.

Great central location. Easy walking distance for all the main attractions, The Pantheon is only 2 minutes away. Staff were very polite, helpful and gave great advise on restaurants among other things. Rooms were clean and the beds where extremely comfortable. We had the Junior suite which wasn't massive but the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. A good selection of foods for breakfast which is essential when you're spending the day walking round Rome. They also have a Happy hour in the bar with a free glass of wine to all guests. We didn't think much of it but we decided to show our faces. We were very impressed with the small buffet they had put on along with are free drink! Would highly recommended this place if you're looking somewhere central and slightly different than you standard hotel!

Great location is the only thing to say. I got bed bugs or fleas here. I contacted Expedia and the hotel but neither did anything to remedy this situation. Very disappointed.

Amazing boutique hotel. We had the best experience. We booked the suite. There was a Jacuzzi, a sauna room and a rain shower inside our suite. It was a great stay for me at Argentina. The hospitality was amazing and the staff was very helpful with all queries. The rooms were surprisingly very good looking and super neat. I had an amazing stay and definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a good room in an excellent location.

Amazing hotel! Great breakfast buffet and happy hour was amazing! The TV lets you put the audio to English when available which was great. Very nice people and really good prices plus the location was great too.

Amazing. Great location (next to the ghetto). Had a few words with the owner herself and she's so sweet. 24 hr front desk. The rooms were clean and brand new. It was just comfortable and perfect for our last day in Rome. The staff is also awesome. Their only negative is that you need to walk a flight of stairs to get to their front desk. The owner said in about a month their elevator will be fixed so when we return it will really be perfect for us.

Woderful place and in a wondferful location. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Nothing beats walking out of your room first thing in the morning and having a barista ask you want you want while you sit down to your breakfast. After a long day of sight seeing it's refreshing to come back for wine and snacks before heading back out for the evening.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Small, boutique hotel in the heart of the city close to the most famous sites. Excellent, friendly service from staff. Access via main street side doors to two small squares inside, go to the furthest square and then through metal security gates for reception on first floor. Accommodation up to three flights up, very small lift is available.

Perfect location near the Pantheon. Quiet, small and modern with amazing afternoon aperitifs and appetizers. Great service. Loved it here!
