This is a great place to stay in Rome. Excellent location and everything you could ask for in a hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to see Rome hassle free. I’ll be back.

Hotel Nazionale was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. It's a great location close to all the major attractions in rome a 25 mins walk at most to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and the building itself is very beautiful :)

The cleaning lady arrives only in the afternoon
One point also why I chose the hotel was German speaking staff, which was unfortunately also wrong only one that understood and spoke a few chunks of German.
We had to take care of the excursions ourselves
I would book another hotel for the price. If you want to have a nice holiday, I advise you not to stay away from this hotel and are extremely disappointed.

We stayed here on our last night in Rome while we were on our honeymoon in September 2017! It has almost been a year since we were there but we were talking about it the other day and reminiscing on how amazing our stay was. Upon arrival we had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect! Fresh fruit and champagne… and an upgrade! The location was perfect, we felt like celebrities Thank you Nazionale We'll be back! xo.

Location superb, walked to most sites. Hotel staff very accommodating and nice. Around the corner from Giolitti's! Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel in the heart of Rome. Steps from the Parthenon and 5 minute walk from Trevi Fountain. Ancient building but well renovated, every room is a different shape and size. AC works well and keep room temperate. Bar adjacent to lobby with nice sitting area. Elevator is tiny but works well.

A perfect location, with most of the major sights within easy walking distance. Lovely, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff.

Beautifuly presented hotel right in the centre of Rome a stone's throw from all the major sights. Rooms are a good size and have ensuite bathrooms which are generously equipped. Beds are extremely comfortable and the included continental breakfast was very good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect breakfast, very nice rooms (ours had a terrace) and a perfect service.
If you are looking for a hotel without a soul, one like so many, this is not yours. If you love art and appreciate it, you're in the right place.

Had a meeting in a beautiful conference room. The hotel itself is wonderful with his tapestry and Marble columns. I Think bar service is a little too espansive, but with that location…

The hotel is gorgeous for one. Very well maintained and the location is great from what we have seen thus far. The customer service on the other hand is the reason why I am giving this hotel a 5 star rating. We traveled from the Termini station by taxi and were dropped off near the parliament building and had to go up the stairs. A security guard approached our taxi driver and let him know that it wasn't a proper drop off location… so needless to say we were trying to get out in a hurry. Once getting to the front desk and checking in I realized I did not have my wallet nor my backpack. Frederico immediately started calling both taxi companies in the city and went above and beyond to contact whom ever he was able to. Due to his quick action and a very sweet taxi driver I was able to recoup my backpack with all of its belongings. We have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels and no one has shown as much kindness as Federico did without having to ever ask. Truly from both my husband and I we thank you.

Hotel Extraordinary. Very friendly and comfortable. The location is very good. Only a but: they have no restaurant although it is surrounded by them. All the most important monuments are peden to visit walking (and never better said).

Wow, just wow. This gets a 5-star rating because of the staff which were EXCELLENT and would go above and beyond to help us out. We got sick while visiting Rome and stayed and extra 2 days, the staff accommodated us nicely, matching the Expedia price we paid for the additional nights. We had to use the on-call physician who is super spendy but very knowledgeable. Ok, now to the good parts. This place is centrally located and you can damn near walk everywhere. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, even the Vatican if you wanted. The breakfast was good, the wait staff was impeccable and they had real coffee! The rooms are a little run down but you really don’t mind all that. If you choose a hotel, choose this. Skip the Limo service and just use a local Taxi, those guys are awesome. If you see Frederico the bell-hop, tip him well!

Nice clean and tidy hotel, great service and professional staff. Good rooms with great management service. There is everything, safe, great bathroom, comfortable bed and many outlets for cell phone refills etc. Free Wi-Fi and room service. Great breakfast. And the main thing that is in the center.

This classic is located in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of most classical attractions. The service is responsive and above par. Rooms are quite nice, the bathroom even better. I believe the room is an outstanding value for it's price.

We could not have been happier with this hotel. The atmosphere is old European in the lobby and public areas but the rooms are modern and sleek. We loved the rain shower, the fluffy towels and robe, great makeup mirror. But our favorite was the ambient blue light in the shower. We booked months ahead and got a good deal in Expedia. The location is great and the staff are helpful. Besides, who would not want to be around the corner from the best gelato shop in Rome.

Spent 3 days of our honeymoon here as we walked into hotel thought it was going to be great until we got to our room was told it was a superior room but it was very very small room wouldn't like to think was a standard room would be like staff were good food good location brill!

Classic Roman hotel being refreshed. In a spectacular location in central Rome. You're within walking distance to practically every attraction in the city and with 2 famous and amazing gelateria right close as well… You cannot be faulted for choosing a place like this. One star removed for noise issues… it can be a bit louder at this hotel than most. Not always, but if there's a protest happening outside or during housekeeping doing their rounds during the day… you'll know. Plus there are some very tiny rooms here as well.

Excellent hotel next to the Parliament building. Staff very good during our three nights. Excellent location for those comfortable walking the historic districts. Perfect for us! Room very good, as was breakfast and caffe!

Hotel Nazionale is the one of the closest hotel all around the Rome. You do not need to grab a cab. If you love walking you can go and see all around of Rome easily. Also Hotel Nazionale staff is very friendly and kind and gives you positive energy all the time. The food is also amazing. The rooms were big enough and the view is unexplainable… Amazing Hotel, with amazing staff… Thank you…

The staff is very friendly, the room with view over the roofs and the Sistine Chapel is just magical, location is the best of Rome to visit everything by walking, I highly recommend this property.

This place was wonderful. They offer you one hour of Wi-Fi free everyday. They include breakfast in your stay and it is well supplied with many options to start your day. It was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful for any question we asked. Its only a few streets over from the pantheon where a taxi stand was located for easy travel around the city.

I stayed at the hotel Nazionale on business with a colleague of mine. I have to say it was a nice stay. The rooms are very well kept and seems to live in a museum. The Convention Center is really beautiful ample space and attention to detail is strength.
