Cosy, excellent breakfast, not far from the center, reachable on foot in about ten minutes, convenient parking. We've been good!

Property was clean and 10 minutes to the old town. Angela does not speak english but we were able to communicate. She was truly lovely and attentive.

We stayed at B&B Fiorentini during our trip to Matera and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our visit. The place felt more like staying in someone’s warm and welcoming home than a typical B&B.

Just stayed one night in Corte San Leonardo, amazing cave hotel that my family loved, it’s spacious, well equipped and wonderful location, with great view and easy access to everything in the town.

Family-run B&B… everyone is very nice, friendly and available to give all the information they can. The terrace is very beautiful where, wind permitting, you can have breakfast overlooking the stones.

We recently spent three nights here. Our room was absolutely incredible. Huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pampering.

This is a lovely hotel. We had a room with a terrace with spectacular views.
The restaurant was shut, which was a surprise on arrival. So no bar etc to relax as well as no tea or coffee in the room.

We stayed 5 nights and can’t say enough good things about h-sa Guest House.
The room is thoughtfully furnished and spotless.
Antonella and Mario are born hosts and made us instantly feel like family.

Rooms are gorgeous, very big, and beautifully decorated! They are fully equipped with a desk, AC, and a modern bathroom with hair dryer.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Excellent cuisine, homemade and genuine. Recommended for those who love being surrounded by nature, without too many demands. Simple but clean rooms.

This property is spotless. It is not only impeccably clean but it also smells wonderful.

Unfortunately, we could only spend one night in this comfortable mountain home. We were greeted with a sweet wagging tail by Dylan, Annalisa's rescued dog.

I was in this hotel just for one day Couple months ago and I will come back again. The room was very clean and modern. Came late at night and left early in the morning.

Great little hotel with caring and fun staff. The breakfast could be improved, but meals in restaurant are sensationally good and great value.

We went last weekend on an organized trip to enjoy the chestnut harvest and the routes in the Pollino. The property is very well kept, very clean and with all comforts.

There is a daily fixed menu and it costs per person. You will come only for the food, it is useful to know that.

I spent 9 days there, March 2024, and I cannot agree with the few negative reviews. For a three-star hotel and the price I paid, Hotel San Marco was above expectations.

This was good accommodation for our one night stay in Matera. The hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance of all the main sites on interest.

Matera is unique and hard to describe or compare. It is beautiful everywhere and well preserved. A lively centre with museums, sites and also good restaurants and cafe’s.

Staying in this B&B was like being at home, the kindness and politeness distinguishes Mr. Antonio and his family.

Very good for visiting Matera, very friendly welcome, good breakfast. Very clean and private parking. 10 minutes from the heart of the city.

Nice welcome in a comfortable and clean apartment.
Convenient to the center, we left the car in front of the house and moved around on foot.

Really nice and well-kept apartment, helpfulness of the owner, breakfast needs to be improved which in our opinion is a bit poor (packaged snacks and some biscuits with various jams).

We stayed here June 2025. Giacomo is a wonderful host. The rooms are great. The location is right in the middle of the Sassi. So amazing! He also has an agreement for parking in the new area of town.

Giacomo immediately made us feel welcome and was available and willing to help with anything we needed.
