I had a positive experience at Hotel Aston Bekasi, including a group booking where we also used the Junior Suite. Overall, everything was handled well and the stay was comfortable.

Room is beyond compare. Best suite among Bekasi's finest.
Room service's menu are sufficiently vary.
Breakfast have room for improvement.

Third time I've been to this hotel. Every time I've been staying here the standard was on point. The lobby staff was always friendly and could help me even though I'm am only able to talk in English.

Had a great family stay here! Breakfast is great, pool has a shallow pool for kids and a bigger pool. We came to breakfast and there was a Little Kids program where the kids did cooking activity.

Parking are easy to access via hotel lift. The security team at parking and mall access is very swift on opening access to the hotel parking lot, offering help and give directions.
