A highly recommended hotel, the only hotel above a mall in Bekasi. Whether you're watching XXI or shopping, you can access the elevator directly. The rooms are comfortable, with smart TVs and Netflix.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly.

Third time I've been to this hotel. Every time I've been staying here the standard was on point. The lobby staff was always friendly and could help me even though I'm am only able to talk in English.

We stayed at HARRIS Hotel Bekasi for about 2 weeks before moving to another hotel, and honestly the difference in service was very clear.

They have best service for business. We had a conference at second floor. Very professional people. Also hotel staff especially reception staff and restaurant staff is very polite and always help you.

I would like to thank Horison Bekasi because the place and food are okay but, there are some things that need to be improved because the hotel is old, besides that for the Service, Reception and

The hotel location is strategic, nearby with grand metropolitan mall. You can hear vehicle voice from inside room. The breakfast was amazing.
