Great Stay at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bekasi – Excellent Front Office Service! (11 — 13 Mei 2025)
I had a truly pleasant experience staying at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bekasi. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the Front Office staff who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
A special thanks to (Mas Deni — Front Office) who went above and beyond to assist me during check-in. They were friendly, professional, and ensured everything was taken care of, even helping me sort out a small issue with my booking quickly and efficiently.
Their attentiveness and positive attitude really set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Bekasi!

The housekeeping service was outstanding. My room was always spotless, fresh, and well-organized. Towels and toiletries were replenished daily, and everything felt clean and welcoming. The attention to detail was impressive, and it made my stay incredibly comfortable. Truly excellent service that added to a wonderful hotel experience!

Another another stay in HARRIS Bekasi and its always nice. The staff are helpful. I love the room. Also not to mention the pool the water is good and clear, not hurting my eyes. The shower room also clean and spacious its perfect for slow days but for weekend or peak season might be a full space. For the breakfast I love the variant, I love the pasta, I love the fish and chicken, the fried rice is good but a lil bit dry, also love there is a yogurt station and many more. The location is perfect, not inside the mall so the access is easy we dont have to worry to come inside an empty and dark bld when the mall is close because it is a different bld. All corner is clean because the staff always pay attention to every corner. Always a pleasant stay.

What a decent experience when we spent our weekend staycation here!
Although there was miscommunication among their staff as there were many people checked in and out during the weekend.
We ordered the family fun package so we should have a tent and several toys in our room. Turned out, the tent and toys were not ready yet in our room so we had to complain to the staff. We also only got one towel in our room. However, they managed our demands really well and even apologized many times for the mistakes.
Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay here. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, though I hope there was strict restriction to enter the pool without swimming suits since the water was not clear and clean.
On top of that was our breakfast experience. Not only could we have so many varieties of great and delicious foods, they also managed to give us a performance, cooking class for children, and special food for children.
I should also mention the greatest location ever since it was placed just beside the summarecon mall and easily accessible to the mall entrance.
Please be aware that there was a long queue both for check in and out on the weekend here so you may allocate more time to do those.

4 Stars Hotel but guests with 2 wheeled vehicle got rejected and got told to park our vehicle somewhere else (which charge us for parking and its EXPENSIVE) and expecting us to walk around for 1KM just to go to this hotel. WE PAID for this hotel, and you dont have a PARKING for your GUEST?
I recommend you guys to find another hotel that can accomodate you not only in the room services, but on the parking and transportation too. Find other hotel nearby with higher quality.

Always be my choices. They has the best room I ever had. Best services, strategic location. And the most is they always have a best price at the same time. Kids friendly. Kids always ask to comeback. They always did. I had so many times visiting this hotel! one of they (Harris Summarecon mall bekasi) staff are so much profesional, the name is Mas Deni. Big thanks to be always serve the best!

We only stayed here one night unfortunately but enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and we even received a welcome drink on arrival.
The swimming pool is very large and has a separate kids area for smaller children. However, the tiles around the pool are slippery when wet so great care needs to be taken when walking in the area.
It's great the hotel is connected to a mall as this made it easy to go shopping and get dinner. We were there on Indonesia Independence Day and both hotel and mall were decorated in red and white.
The breakfast buffet was quite large and was well stocked with Asian foods which makes sense as the vast majority of guests appeared to be Indonesian.

It’s not the first time for me to stay at Harris Hotel Bekasi. The reason why this hotel is my top choice because their excellent service. I appreciate Mas Eka as Frontliner who welcomed me with his genuine gesture and friendly. Room is clean with complete amenities, I really like the flat white coffee in the room.

I can't give my opinion on the rooms as I haven't stayed there yet. We did however enjoy their buffet and the four of us felt the food was delicious and a great variety of dishes served. My only criticism is they should class up the dining area. Seats are hard plastic chairs and that's fine for a Cafe but not a nice dining room. I will definitely go back if they keep the price reasonable.

I stayed for a night at Harrris Hotel in May. It was so delightful and joyful staying there. Starting from the kind and helpful receptionist who humbly helped me processing everything and explaining all the details information and facilities, Ms Jenti.
The room that they gave me was enermous and super clean. All facilities work very well.
The brrakfast was various and delicious. Thanks to Ms Dida and Ms Bian for helping me surprising my Mother in her birthday. You guys are so much helpful! 🥰

The place is great, but the hotel itself is quite average with nothing particularly special about it. However, the location is incredibly strategic, which is a big plus. The service is decent, though not outstanding—it could definitely be improved.
