Very impressed with the friendly staff and service at the Hotel Horison in Bekasi, Jakarta, and the Metropolitan Mall is just next door. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the tiny cockroaches running around in my room. I don't mind them so much, but my room mate is terrified of cockroaches :)

Decent hotel for what you pay. Buffett not that good and rooms are clean. The elevator system isn't good and very slow.

Room was nice, sure because you can count this hotel as a new hotel. The price also not that expensive, bellow 450k idr. My sister often stay here during her weekend just to relaxation. Got nice pool and other hotel facilities. I like the breakfast! They served many fresh food. Really recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff's so friendly and helpful. Old building vs newest building isn't a big deal.

Placed in the middle of bekasi. Easy to reach by many transportation. Connected with one of biggest mall in bekasi. It's like one stop leaving place with many facilities.

Cozy deluxe room, warm Service from staff, a bit too small bathroom (because of bathtub and unseparated shower space), various food menus, beautiful spot outside the restaurant and bar.

Meeting room location too confusing, average room size. Great service and food. Below the hotel is a mall with variations stuff and front of hotel is a mall too. Strategic place with many option for public transport like taksi. Transjakarta bus. And railway station.

Service memuaskan, pegawai nya ramah dan helpfull. Untuk saya yang biasa pake buat keperluan kerjaan, urusannya ga ribet dan flexible, tp tetep profesional. Kalo ada tamu kantor juga pada puas, baik dari room, fasilitas, sama menu yang variatif. Cons-nya cuma daerah kesana muacet buanget, dan di lantai bawah, masih kedengeran suara trafic diluar. Kalo tamu lokal sih udh biasa, kalo tamu luar terutama eropa suka ngeluh, tp sekarang ada room baru kalo ga salah di lantai atas, jadi ga bising lagi. Saran: kalau mau ruangan yang ga bising, minta yang lantai atas. Overall, Recomended.

Favorite hotel for kids. Lots of activities during weekend/holiday stay. Dragon boat, cooking class or fun games in pool really spoil the kids. Extra big bed also our favorite here. I mean it's really big. The hotel is situated along with mall. There's 2 more malls across the street, simply walking to get it.

This hotel is located just next to Metropolitan Mall. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the food is good and the room is clean. But I want to come there again to try Horison suite and dragon boat. I also will miss coffee presentation at host cafe.

This hotel is located just next to Metropolitan Mall. There are two buildings joining the old one and the new one, but I prefer the old one.
All staffs are friendly and helpful. Some are creative like Budi the barrista, he can present many different shapes of latte.
I will surely come back again to try the Horison suite and the dragon boat.

I booked it through Agoda and in Agoda they mentioned to have twin and double bed. Book it really because other hotels left only twin room. Come there to find that they only have twin. Sharing bed. The internet can't be used, it keeps connecting and never connected. The water smells like iron or moss. The room acoustic was so bad that I can hear child screaming, yelling, and crying next door in the room and in the shower. The retractable clothes line in the shower is broken can't be pulled out. It's twin sharing but they only give us one glass for brushing teeth. Overall, bad experiences, never gonna pick this hotel again.

Large room, both bathroom and bedroom. Nice food, though some times a bit salty. Great service. Old but not oldfashioned hotel. Awesome.!

Love it. They have old building and new building. I was stay in old one but still comfort. The staff so nice and helpful. Location was great coz next to mall. Food and pool also great.

Hotel ini ada 2 bagian, lama dan baru. Kalau yang lama, agak bau apek kamar kamarnya. Kalau yg baru sih bagus. Kalau mau makan pagi, tamu hotel yang menginap di bagian yg lama harus rela jalan dulu ke area hotel yang baru. Naik lift dulu ke lt 6 trus ke section hotel baru, naik lift lagi ke lt 10. Rasa makanannya masuk kategori cukup. Variannya jg lumayan. Kolam renangnya cukup lah utk jadi tempat yang menyenangkan bagi anak anak. Hotel ini gabung dengan Mall Metropolitan bekasi, kalau ada yang mau dibeli tinggal turun ke bawah. Untuk ruang rapatnya di hotel ini cukup banyak, hampir selalu penuh dengan kegiatan kementerian. Oia public toilet yang di hotel lama agak terkesan kusam dan spooky. Apalagi yang di lantai 3 gedung lama.

This hotel located next to Metropolitan Mall which become a strength point. They have an outdoor rooftop, Metsky, open from breakfast to dinner with live music.
Come on weekend and you'll see many activities for kids and adult, and of course the famous dragon boat race.

Tidak layak untuk yg ingin beristirahat. Jam 9-10 malam selalu ada musik bising di lantai 10 yang mengganggu sampai dalam kamar. Tidak cocok bawa anak2 atau orang tua.

They have a great pool and gym. Combining breakfast and outdoor view is also great option.

Cozy place, very comfy to spending the time with family. Kids friendly. Please add some Varian at breakfast menu.

I was there for 20 days in 2010 very nice and th breakfast was awesome The staff were super friendly in the same building they have a really nice mall.

I spent on night in this hotel few months ago. It is a nice hotel and veru easy to access. For who wants to visit this plase, simple open the Google map and then you will find it.

Old but good service. Integrated with good shopping mall.

Badly manage, and become worse everytime I came. I guess the management manage the hotel by just sitting in the office. Changes could be seen but none of them is realistic to the comfort.

Makanan enak, staf ramah, sering promo juga. Very nice.
