Hotel Horison Ultima Bekasi

I would like to thank Horison Bekasi because the place and food are okay but, there are some things that need to be improved because the hotel is old, besides that for the Service, Reception and Security for the Service I am very happy I was served well by Mr. Asep and Ms. Adisty they really helped me and my family but, there are some staff such as Kitchen and Pastry more improved grooming and SOP serving guests or meeting guests. The rest in my opinion is okay highly recommend this hotel especially for family gatherings because the facilities have improved enough and access to the mall is easy only complicated in parkir. Thank you Horison see you again … 🤗

This is one of the few hotels I know that has so, so many venues. They have pool, pool deck, a kids playground on that same level. There's an upper deck wich you can gaze the pool from and it's on the same floor with their gelato shop. There's a very cozy coffee shop in their lobby. There's an outdoor space to idle about. They have rooftop restaurant, both indoor and outdoor, and I gather they have so many function rooms all over. You can sit over here, laze around over there, and so on. Not to mention they're at the same building with a shopping mall, how convenient!

Great Stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi!
I had a wonderful stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi. The location is perfect — close to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

This is usually a my go-to hotel everytime I go back home. Nice location as it is integrated with a legendary mall for locals. Abundant options of food and bakeries in that mall, making it very convenient for travellers. Staff are all awesome.
My check-in was smooth, the lady in reception was very friendly and polite. I chose a non smoking room and, usually, it is on the other side of the building where you will need a ‘transit’ on the 6th floor, walk pass the bridge, then take another lift to your own room. I notice that staff might consider you as a ‘regular’; which means that they assumed that you’d know where you’d have to go, which in this case, not quite correct. The fact that we have to take another lift to our room is quite confusing, although, it is done for our own security (access to these floors is only possible with your room key). Several mornings staying there, I met some confused people who didn’t know where they had to go as they have to ‘transit’ first.
The room, especially bathroom, is clean but very dated; understable as this hotel is one of the oldest in the area. Some international TV channels are provided (thank God! ). There are safe deposit box (not working in my room), slippers, 2 bottles of water, basic toiletries, a working fridge and bins; also standard laundry service (I didn’t check the prices). Water pressure is alright, but we have to be careful as the temperature is very temperamental and is mainly very hot.

We stay on 04-05 January 2025. Really appreciate the hotel's neat interior, staff and crew friendliness, taste and menu variety for breakfast, and clean swimming pool (even it was really crowded at that time), and timely response of call center. In short — most family friendly hotel we ever been in. Please improve on WA response timing.

Centered in Bekasi. Near highway and kali Malang ring road. Two options to reach out. For meeting place at 5th floor was great. Lunch Food has varieties.

Staying in Business Suite Room 2 nights.
The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone.
But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast.
I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi in my bucket list again for staying… someday.

Overall, Horison Ultima Bekasi delivers great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely stay here again.

Its a beautiful hotel and surprisingly you can get 1 room around 500-600k per night with amazing view of highview. But sadly the pool was under construction atm. They said it would be ready around mid September. I'm sad. The pool looks so good tho😔. And, this hotel locate next 2 the metropolitan mall. Its easier to buy things we need when staying at this hotel 🫶🏼

Decent 4 ⭐ hotel with spacious, comfortable room. However the lobby is not spacious enough, especially at public holiday when there are many guests visit. In the end, thank you to Horison Bhuvana Ciawi for upgraded our room from junior suite to executive suite with japanase theme room.

Thr strategically located by the MM Mall in Bekasi. Love the location because it is also easy access to the toll roads that leads to Jakarta or Bandung. Every employee or vendor that I come across to always greet us with a smile. They are always accommodating especially as we have a handicapped child that can't come to the breakfast buffet bar and had to bring the food back to the room. They're policy has changed to not allowed food to be taken to the room but They're nice enough to give us an exception. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Bekasi you won't regret it.

Room; Great, Clean but it is HOT at night.
BF: the variant is quite a lot, but for the main dish taste is verry bad, even for an a omelet, the taste is bad.
Services: Ok, specially for the concierge staff, verry fast respond help us brings our bags. I forgot his name is, the person is old male staff, great smile and verry help full.
Pool: great view, poll is verry clean, staff are verry help full with great attitude.

This is a great location and a nice Hotel. I've stayed here several times and since it's attached to a mall it's very helpful for a traveler who can't speak Indonesian. Lots of places around for food, they have a pool, the used to have a bar but I'm not sure of that anymore. There is an attached massage business that's a bit expensive compared to other locations but the quality of the staff and rooms make it worth it. Considering foreigners, it's still going to be a fantastic value. The Bus station and new train stations are right close and walkable. Taxi is best since it's difficult to maneuver.

Recomend bgt good. Pelayanannya juga ramah walaupun dengan anak2 sangat sopan.
