Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi

I stayed here in December with my partner, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was really good, and the food was tasty with plenty of choices, especially for breakfast. Thank you, Mba Meywa, for the friendly and attentive service — it made our visit even better. We truly enjoyed the food and overall atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had such a pleasant stay at Hotel Santika! The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was full of flavor and offered a great variety of choices. The breakfast especially was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.
What really made my stay special was the warm and friendly service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant team and even the cleaning service, was so kind and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
Overall, Hotel Santika offers not only great facilities but also genuine hospitality that makes guests feel truly welcome. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

In the beginning, I was a bit surprised with the lobby location as I reached the hotel quite late at nite. It's on the rooftop of the mall.
I've stayed there for 13 days and felt comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean and the breakfast was good, especially the Indonesian cuisine that they served.
Their service was great, friendly and helpful staff.
Very recommended for travellers who are looking for a 3 star hotel but worth every penny.

Great experience, the room was okay, all the staffs are friendly and kind, I think I had the opportunity to meet the manager at that time, and he was very helpful and friendly, but I don’t really remember the name (tall guy, dark skin). The hotel is directly connected to the mall. Overall it’s great.

Sits on top of a mall in Bekasi. Really friendly staff and room was well appointed and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The mall downstairs has a few floors of almost everything you need. Good restaurants there as well. Across the busy road is another mall that is well worth visiting. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

People working with loud machines on the building from 11 pm to 2 am made it impossible to sleep during my stay. The access and exit of the hotel is very difficult outside the mall opening hours. Otherwise, room and service was good.

I'm surprised with the foods and the service here. The foods are great. The hospitality is also the same. The sales marketing is very quick in responding to our request. And for the room is also pretty comfy. Pak Ade Supriyatna helped me in providing extra amenities for the room as requested. Thank you very much!

Ade supriyatna did a good Job in Cleaning and very helpful in Service, very Kind. The Hotelroom very Clean. The bed very comfortable. The noise moderate but I can sleep well. All the staff IS very Kind and helpful. The surrounding of the Hotel is very interesting for Shopping and Restaurants.

Had a chance to stay here while having fullboard meeting. Hotel looks wear down in several area, especially the meeting room on highest floor. Rooms are okay. Water pressure are okay.
Had unpleasent time when having lunch, the hotel have karaoke machine in the middle of the restaurant, and that day, someone is singing dangdut koplo, in the middle of day with loud volume.
For me this is not appropriate, while having lunch and someone singing plus the hotel speaker is playing music too. Imagine 2 loud sound. They should remove the karaoke in restaurant or forbidden to use it while serving food or guests presents.

I had a great stay at Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s location inside the Mega City Bekasi Mall is incredibly convenient, as it gives easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options without even leaving the premises. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In summary, a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for convenience and comfort in Bekasi!

Good service and friendly, and then a great place, recommended for for the people to holiday. Not only that, this place so very clean.
During I at the place, I feel the situasional is calm.

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly.
This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing!
The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods.
This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants.

Had a very nice experience here at the Santika Mega City in Bekasi, made extra special by Ajeng whom give me extra campcation for kids 🥰
The location is near to shopping malls (cuma naik turun lift aja anw)
Breakfast is fantastic for a taste of every type of cuisine Indonesia has to offer so don't miss it!
I would recommend it with no hesitation, very kind and available staff, Ajeng and the team were very nice. The location is strategic for people who want to be in Bekasi, Suitable for both Business and leisure.

My experience staying at this hotel was pretty good. The staff were professional and always ready to help, making sure I had everything I needed. The food options, though, could be more varied—hopefully, they can add more to the menu. The only way to walk to the hotel is through Mega Bekasi Mall. If you're driving, you can get straight to the hotel lobby (since it's on the mall's rooftop). The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does a great job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. They’re quick, responsive, helpful, and efficient. I really appreciate their hard work because it's not easy. Thanks for the service, and a special shoutout to Mr. Untung Haryanto for keeping my room so clean. I hope things keep getting better.
