Just checked out of this hotel and i’m lovin it! location’s awesome, literally right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfy and clean, exactly what I needed after a long day. The host was super chill too, responded to all my questions and stuff. Would totally recommend this place to anyone lookin’ for a relaxed vibe.
Bad signal for internet connection.
The TV signal is so bad. Breakfast with very limited menu variety. Unfriendly service from the security, staff, even the manager are rude face and snobbish.

I've been in the kawana golf residence for a couple of days now, and this has been my most magical experience so far in cikarang area. I cane for my wedding and decided to stay in this hotel for the first tine and I'm amazed by the staffs. They really takes care of the little things that matters. My parents were here a day earlier than me, they don't speak much English or Indonesian language, but the staffs took care of them in my absence till I checked in the next day. They made sure my parents had nothing to worry about. More over next day after my wedding, the team suprised me with a special bed decoration and a flower bath. Although I'm still here for a couple more days I'm writing this comment to appreciate and thank the team, Irfan from housekeeping, Eva, Novita and Bulda from the FO team for their effort in making my stay here extra special. 🥰🥰
