I was staying in junior suites for a night. The room was quite good. But the food was a disaster, either room service or breakfast.
It doesn’t cook properly, the breakfast choices just to claim they have “breakfast”. Reality is you can’t even get a fried egg or toast, 2 choices of dish, “bubur ayam” that didn’t have any “ayam”. And remember all of the dish is bland, tasteless.
The server is sassy, impolite, and clueless, room service guy bad mouthing each other in phone call. The only good person here is the engineer guy, and security. Please train your staff better for attitude and service, and whoever responsible for the FNB, manager or whatever is wrong person to put there.
