ibis Styles Bekasi Jatibening

The location was 10 minutes from the family. The atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and caring about my wellbeing. I was made to feel valued as a guest. Can recommend this hotel to anyone and I am going back there in 4 weeks because it is also excellent value.

The hotel had my check-in prepared and room upgraded, as part of my Accor benefits even before arrival, which I really appreciate!

Pool hours are not that great, as no one has time to go in the evening before 6pm.
Way too much confusion about other Accor benefits, such as discount on food for room service. 3 people said yes, reception said already applied, but when the bill came, staff said not available.
Went to the Restaurant to eat, but they made me wait 20 mins to get the bill because they had to apply my Accor discount, but could not do this at the restaurant counter.
I always turn on the Do Not Disturb light, but every time I come back to my room in the evening, my room has been serviced — doesn't make any sense.
I keep handing up my towels, but they keep getting replaced everyday. I turn off the lights before leaving, but every day I come back, all the lights are on — not sure why!
Food tastes really good, but they always say 25 mins for room service, but it takes 45-50 mins every time. Out of the 4 times I've ordered, incorrect order was only delivered once.
There is also an emergency phone in the lift lobby, but it's not connected! 😅

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for traveling with kids. Staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast had great variety, including options for children. The pool and play area kept our little ones entertained. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free family trip!

This hotel is always be my first choice every time I went to Bekasi. This time, I stayed for 5 days, but on the last night, I found not one but THREE cockroaches on the luggage table.
I always liked the room cleanliness but last night was a surprise, I hope they will do a good job keeping the room clean for future guests.
Food & morning buffet are always nice here. Top notch.

I stayed at ibis styles Jatibening with my wife and child may 30th, and had a truly pleasant experience. The check-in was smooth and efficient. Clean room and there is kids activity on Sunday morning.
I highly recommended staying in this hotel quality very top.

The hotel was well located, closed to my family’s home and the places we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable but could do with newer towels. The staff were super friendly and helpful who would go extra miles to make our long stay more pleasant and enjoyable. I enjoyed various food to choose from for breakfast and they all were delicious.

To be honest. This hotel was always be my top option for staying around Bekasi. A year ago, I was stayed here as well for 5 days. Since then, I had several times to stay here as well. And I always have a great experience until it's gone on my last staying.
Started from the check in period, I dont know what was happened to her day, but Mrs. Fiqih, you need to re-train on how to treat the guest. FO should understand the hospitality. I had request for the single bed and she was said yes. Then went to the room, the bed is twin. Come on, I had accepted for did not get the upgrade room, but dont play a game thou.

Location of the hotel near LRT Cikunir 1, and walk for about 500m. There's so much food around the hotel so it won't be a problem if you are hungry, and the hotel also provides room service (I didn't try it).
This hotel has a bar in the lobby, a meeting room on the 3rd floor, a restaurant, a pool, and a fitness room on the 5th floor. Check-in was smooth, but I still had to wait 15 minutes because I got a smoking room and waited to be ozone (that day, the room was full). I got a welcome drink because I'm an Accor member (silver member). The staff was very helpful.
Room was comfy, full of amenities, and a tea/coffee set. I got a good sleep here. Wi-Fi was good enough for me. Breakfast is not very much variation but it is still OK for me. I don't try the pool and fitness so that's it.

I like the staff attitude. Very professional. Mbak Savira and Mbak Aura are friendly and exemplary staff. The checking in and out are convenient and exceptionally efficient. The receptionist mbak Eris and team are well verse in thier job.

Ibis Style Jatibening staff amazed us with their kindness and helpfulness. Which makes it harder to review the hotel. Our critical review is about the room, amenities, the services and some technical aspects and not about the staff.
Room.
The AC unit did not respond to changes in the temperature settings, so we had to switch it off. Even so, cold air continued to flow into the room, also bringing the stench of cigarette smoke into our no-smoking room.
Amenities.
During our three nights’ stay the soap dispenser in the bathroom remained empty. The water dispenser in the corridor remained unplugged and empty too. The two pairs of slippers showed that previous guests had used them vigorously.
Bed Linen.
We discovered an old bloodstain on one of the bedsheets. It remained there for the duration of our stay.
Restaurant.
After reminding the waitress, our a la carte order of fried rice and fruit juice was served after almost an hour (the restaurant was all but crowded at the time).
Room-to-room telephone.
Didn’t work.
Safety.
We found that an emergency exit in the restaurant is permanently blocked by a table.
Reservation and payment.
After confirmation of the reservation through Booking. Com the hotel mailed us repeatedly asking for a downpayment so that the rooms would not be released after 19:00. That is not professional.

I come with my family, for wedding invitation in bekasi, I choose ibis cause it’s near to JORR, which good, only take 17 minutes to the venue. The hotel have a good vibe, have kids corners, the room is clean.

The greatest hotel in bekasi. Also the closest bekasi Hotel to South & East Jakarta.
I think it is the BEST Venue LOCATION FOR —
BEKASI for who want to be CLOSEST TO JAKARTA.
When we had an event here, we were really easy to reach there from inner city toll jakarta.
We just need to exit at jatibening.
When we arrived too early we just amazed and look around this hotel.
We had iced Americano, it was good for hotel’s Coffee standards.
Lobby receptions was friendly and kind.
Cozy Hotel Lobby.
Great ballroom.
Great Restaurant.
Huge parking space.
Highly recommended for events and meetings.
Will try to stay here next time.

Nice place for short getaway. Delicious breakfast and many variations of food to crave. Room is clean and neat. The lighting was perfect. Nice housekeeping lady, I forgot to ask her name. And thank you so much for Andy and his friend for their hospitality.
