Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi

We stayed here this weekend and thought the hotel to be great value. We really enjoyed it. The place is incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The location is great for Pakuwon Mall which has fantastic food options.
I really enjoyed the breakfast. Coffee tasted great and the food quality was high. Service was very fast. Usually I would eat and leave quickly as hotel breakfasts can often be very chaotic… But Fairfields was incredibly relaxed and we hung out there for a couple of hours.
A great stay all round.
Only downside is no pool access. But we knew this at the time of booking.

Stayed here for 5 nights during a business trip in Jakarta. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room is a bit small, but it’s modern, cozy, and comfortable.
Breakfast had nice choices with a mix of international and Asian food. The hotel is not in the city center, but it was fine for me since transport to my venue was arranged. The price is also quite affordable for a Marriott hotel.
One very convenient thing is that Pakuwon Mall Bekasi is right beside the hotel, and there’s a lift with direct access to the mall, making it easy to find restaurants and shops.
Overall, a comfortable hotel and a good option for business stays in Bekasi.

Staff’s service was truly impressive. From check-in to check-out, everyone was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, which made my stay very comfortable. Whenever I had a question or request, they responded quickly and handled everything efficiently, which made me feel well taken care of.
I was also very pleased with the direct access to the mall connected on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It was extremely convenient to reach the mall indoors without worrying about the weather, and having restaurants, cafés, and shops just a few steps away made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent service from the staff and the great accessibility. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel in a very strategic location in Bekasi. It's easy to reach by most means of transportation. Near the toll road gate if you're traveling by cars or within reasonable walking range if you take the LRT.
A perfect spot to have staycation, especially as it's locates on a shopping mall, next to another shopping mall.
Since the hotel is quite new, it's very clean, but it since it's lack of decoration underneath the TV, the room feels empty. The noise from outside can also be heard from the 16 floor where I stayed. But this drawback is paid up by the beautiful city view.
Mine is overlooking the LRT rail, whoosh train and the double decker toll road. At last it feels good to see the traffic because I seat comfortably in my room.
Dinner at the lime restaurant is also splendid. At that time, they serves variety of middle east cuisine mixed with traditional culiner.

Had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bekasi. The room was very comfortable and spotless — everything felt well-maintained and cozy. The location is super strategic, directly connected to Pakuwon Mall, which made it so convenient for dining and shopping without having to go far.
Special thanks to Ms. Erika at Lime Restaurant for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly warm and attentive, and even took the initiative to offer ginger tea to be sent to our room for my parent who was having a sore throat. Such a thoughtful gesture truly made our stay even more memorable.

I honestly had a lovely stay here! I was initially really wary about splurging that much money to stay in Bekasi (my trip was a mix of business-pleasure) but I'm glad I did!
The best word to describe my experience is this: seamless. Everything, from check-in to check-out was designed in a way that makes it easy for me to do what I needed to do, without having to put in much extra effort on my end. When I entered the room, everything was already on; electricity, AC. All the necessary amenities including hair dryer was already in place so I don't need to call reception for extra requests. Internet was super speedy (for y'all remote workers like myself this is a godsend, and frankly my primary decision to choose this hotel over the others). Even when I requested extra water, I didn't have to ask to get more than the allotted two per day that most hotels are willing to give, they just offered four by default ✨.
There was a bit of a tiffy during breakfast since all the menus were spicy, but the chef actually came out and apologized and made me an ala carte non-spicy dish that I could actually eat… Honestly, I was so impressed by the service that I actually wanted to extend my stay but alas the whole hotel was booked for an event afterwards so I didn't get a chance to do that.

I never regretted staying at Fairfield. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my mother from December 25 to 27, 2025, and our stay included breakfast.
The breakfast selection was varied and delicious.
The hotel has a great location with easy access mostly connected to Pakuwon Mall Bekasi that you could access from the lift.
The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making our stay very pleasant.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was cool. The noise level was low, so we could rest well during our stay.

During our stay at Fairfield Bekasi, our family and I were very satisfied with the room, facilities, and service. The room was bright and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a 24-hour gym, a comprehensive breakfast menu, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Fairfield Bekasi to friends and family. It's a highly recommended hotel. 😃👍

We stayed September 4, 2025 — September 18, 2025.
Got the family room, has kids' bunk bed. Room was very clean, feel comfy about almost everything. Staffs delivered very good service from the doorman, front desk, restaurant staffs, room service, securities, etc. Good Buffet breakfast, very strategic location.
We just don't have enough space to store our big suitcases and the laundry bags aren't big enough to fit our clothes since we used your laundry service every other day, however It was a great stay & We will be back.

Hotel located at stategic area, and connected to pakuwon mall by private access. I got the deluxe room and the room view face to apartment building. The view is not good enough only the apartment garden. The room is clean, enough space but the bed is against the wall so the bed looks narrow. The hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Stayed at this newly opened 4 star hotel and loved it! The place is modern, clean, and super comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making check-in a breeze and any request easy to handle.
Breakfast was a highlight. Lots of variety and everything tasted great. Plus, the hotel is right next to a huge shopping mall, so it’s super convenient if you want to shop or grab a bite.
Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a prime location. Will definitely come back!
