Staying at Four Points Bekasi has been a great experience, thanks to Budi and the djaman doeloe restaurant team. Yesterday afternoon I ordered the "Nasi Goreng Bekel Emak" via room service. The resto team delivered it quickly to my room, still hot and the taste was just like home — comforting and generous portions.
This morning, Budi surprised me with a beautiful dessert plated with "enjoy your day" written in chocolate. Such a thoughtful little touch that really made my day.

We recently stayed again at Four Seasons Bekasi, and once again, our experience was truly outstanding.
From the moment we stepped out of the car at the lobby, we immediately felt the professionalism. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and responsive, making the entire stay.
From arrival to check-out, feel welcoming and pleasant.
We have tried several room types, including the Premium King, Junior Suite, and Executive Suite. All of them were consistently comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was also smooth and reliable throughout our stay.
The housekeeping service deserves special recognition. Every additional request, such as mineral water, prayer mat, baby crib, extra blankets, pillows, and towels, was handled quickly and delivered to our room without delay.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Special thanks to:
Mr. Rudy & team for kindly accommodating our child’s request by preparing banana butterscotch spread when it was unavailable on the first day,
