If you have the budget and want to experience luxury, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed for 2 nights.
The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the food is delicious, and the hospitality from the staff is truly exceptional. One of my favorite parts was the restaurant—the view, both in the morning and at night, was absolutely stunning. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and everything I tried was enjoyable.
If I have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay such a memorable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at four points bekasi last few days. The guest experience expert — front office staff (Mrs. Manda) here is amazing. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and explain the hotel facilities. From the front desk to security, everyone was incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. The hotel's location is highly convenient and same building at the largest mall of Pakuwon Bekasi. It is situated in the city center, making it easy to walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and local attractions. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms are very quiet and peaceful. My room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The food taste is incredible good and serves pretty well.
