During check-in, I was offered an upgrade to an Executive Suite room at a promo price 👍. The room is spacious with a modern minimalist design, clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is delicious, with a lot of variety and friendly service. The fitness equipment is quite complete. Recommended for a staycation with family or just with a partner. Suggestion, if there was a coffee maker in the room it would be a great added value.
Best place to staycation at Bekasi I would say. The location is very strategic, it is on top of Pakuwon Mall which has lots of shops (supermarket, cinemas, restaurant, drugstore etc). The view was amazing too! And their staff really helpful and trying their best to accommodate guest’s request. I was staying with my family consist with 3 children and the hotel really friendly for children and elderly. Their breakfast menu was good and has many variations. I repeated again their staff really helpful. The room I stayed in was Premier King and it is very large and super clean. Overall very recommended and would love to go back again.

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bekasi. The hotel offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you’d expect from a reliable Marriott property.
The food stood out as a highlight: above-average quality with good variety and tasty options at the restaurant definitely better than your typical mid-range hotel dining.
The outdoor swimming pool is a nice feature spacious, refreshing, and a great spot to cool off.
On the downside, the gym is quite small and limited. It’s mostly cardio machines with some free weights and just one multi-functional station. If you’re serious about strength training, it might feel underwhelming, but it’s fine for light workouts or basic cardio.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for business or leisure in Bekasi quiet, comfortable, with decent food and a lovely pool to make up for the modest gym. I’d happily return for the calm vibe and reliable service. Recommended for those prioritizing rest over heavy fitness facilities.
