Nice hotel, briliant location. They prepared for us breakfast box (because we left 2am), thank you on this but please reconsider what you put in the box.

Charming accommodation in the heart of Tbilisi, perfect for visiting the Old City. Charming hosts, very attentive and pleasant. Parking is available in the building's inner courtyard.

We stayed 4 days and it was great, in the middle of January the apartment was nicely heated, no problem about hot water. Literally at the heart of the city.

View is outstanding at night time.
Clean rooms, Smart tv, jakuzi… Perfect for relaxing.

Nice place, hospitable owner, speaks Russian without any problems. The room is clean, the view from the window is beautiful, you can safely move in here.
