Cheap Hotels in Tbilisi Region

It was a really cute guest house… I can't really say how cute it is… it's that cute… The host was very sweet… she travels around the world and will fill you up with all her stories… In the mrng she

Very hospitable owner, great view and location, nice cats.

Plus:
Amazing hotel, great location, amazing view. Clean rooms and fresh linen. I loved it very much!
Minus:
There is no soap in bathrooms (take all shower utilities with you).

The hosts were friendly. The cleanliness was good. The furnishings were nice and practical. Perhaps adding a few more kitchen items would be a good idea. It's a decent place for families.

It's surprising this place hasn't received many reviews at all. It's a lovely place, peaceful, and the hosts are so nice. I spent two nights here and loved it.

The room and location are nice. A quiet and clean hotel. Also very good for the price.

Cozy, spacious apartment. Good service, all issues were resolved quickly. There was no frying pan, but upon request they brought it right away and we were allowed to leave a little later.

Super friendly staff, just a lot of long term guests. Nice kitchen and common area tho.

We stayed here 29.7.25 to 2.8.25 and it was the perfect base for us, halfway between the mountains and the city centre.

Nice atmosphere, but 5, 5 gel for cup of tea greenfield, seriously?

A good place to sleep with a nice price.
Rooms are pretty spacy and bed is ok.
Some heavy traffic outside and not close to Metro.
But for a night it is ok.
Breakfast is an option and was pretty good.

Perfectly decent. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks recently. Might even go back sometime. The manager Isolda is slightly deaf so if there's a disagreement, it is hard to communicate.

Kind hosts, gave me tea and sweets) The room was good, everything was clean and tidy, but it’s worth turning up the shower tap and putting a kettle in the room.

Everything is great, very good area and location, good facilities, close to shops and metro station.

Family run, Vaktangi (owner) absolutely helpful and friendly. From here you can easily reach everything on foot or by bus/metro.
Don't expect 5 star luxury, this is replaced by this lovely family.

Lovely hosts, convenient location. The hosts have 2 dogs.
We had an amazing time staying here, highly recommend! It’s close to the city center but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Excellent cozy apartment. The location is excellent, the city center is close, the botanical garden is a stone's throw away, the house is located right at the foot of the Narikala fortress.

It's a great place to stay overnight, inexpensive, and the hostess is very friendly. The dogs are the kindest I've seen in a long time. The mattress is soft, and there's hot water.

The rooms are clean, simply furnished, with a fold-out sofa with used mattresses and clean towels. Warm, great location, parking problem.

Great place, friendly host. Clean courtyard, clean rooms. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, dishes, bathroom. Hot and cold water.

Its a good place for solo travel and close to freedom square Georgia. I booked a full room but the room was really small, owner was nice and friendly.

Excellent customer service and good neighbourhood, staff and management were helpful!

It’s a cheap 3-star hotel (or motel? ) and some details match that, but overall no complaints.
