Cheap Hotels in Tbilisi Region

We spent ten wonderful days.
The place is close to everything.
Historical sites, a 7-minute walk will take you to the heart of the wonderful, vibrant old town.
The housekeeper is a very nice lady.

Very good place to stay for a few days in Tblisi, close to the center and in a quiet area. The house has everything you need, a good bathroom and kitchen.

19th centuries atmosphere here💗Wifi was a perfection for me. And their garden! Butterflies flew in the spring.

They have everything you need.
And everyone is nice and helpful.

The location is very good. It is at most 5 minutes away from the places we want to see or the metro stations. Natia is very helpful. He helped us a lot from the first day to the last day.

The geusthouse is located at the back in a side alley. The hostess is very helpful and friendly in her own way. We had two different rooms for two nights. One a little more pleasant than the other.

Nice hotel.
The owner is very kind and friendly.

Very responsive and pleasant hosts, clean, close to the center, there is a courtyard, a separate kitchen, very satisfied, we will definitely return.

Arriving in Tbilisi with my family, we stayed at the M9 hotel. I really liked the hotel.

Very careful staff. They care like a family member.

Excellent guest house in the heart of Tbilisi! With this review I would like to thank Malkhas, the owner of this hotel, a very pleasant, sociable, clean, hospitable person!

Friendly host even did my laundry for me for free.

Nice place best place in tibilisi because everything is nearby and marina is great and very loyal when I stay 2 night I feel my own home 🏠❤️ highly recommended.

Marina is a really nice host and this shows in the condition of the rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and have so many extra features for a guesthouse room.

Incredibly polite host ❤️ The hotel is in an accessible location, close to the cable car. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🥰

Clean, great location, very good price = perfect.

Pros:
— Very competitive price.
— You can park nearby for free.
— Very nice owners.
Cons:
— The mattresses already have their use.
— Very outdated furniture.

A small homely hotel. There are two rooms on the 2nd floor and one on the first floor. Hospitable host. The room has everything you need to spend the night and wash.

Great hotel and staff, we stay here every time we visit Tbilisi.

Rooms are good beds are soft, the breakfast just regular breakfast, not that special but not bad with local dish. The location is just near to the market and cafes restaurant.

The place is stunning. Very pleasant design. The rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment is shared by the owner of the house and his family, and he rents out separate rooms.

My second time of stay in this place and will never be the last.

A lovely little hotel in a great location in the old town, with reasonable prices. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

A very cozy, clean little hotel in the heart of the Old Town. All the sights and entertainment are within walking distance. The hostess is very pleasant and attentive.

The host are the best. It is a family run small hotel, so you will feel welcomes always. My plan was to stay two days then to move, but sure I will stay longer here.

I came to Georgia for the first time and already had time to look for where to stay, and after a couple of hours of searching I found this Hotel!
I liked it and am now living here!

Wonderful hotel! very good location, beautiful views from the windows. The room is air conditioned, very clean, the staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast is available at the hotel.

We rested in this hotel with my husband in August 2023 and are in a hurry to leave a review. We would like to note the responsiveness and hospitality of the hotel owner himself.

Good location. Friendly staff answered the phone in the middle of the night and checked us in at 5 am for a small extra charge.

Located near the Ortachela bus station. If you put it on the walls (in a couple of not very visible places that are crumbling), then it’s gorgeous. I am 191 cm tall and fit on their bed.
