Cheap Hotels in Tbilisi Region

Everything was great, the owners help you with anything you need, just ask for it… would come again :)
The only thing is that some rooms could be in need of some renovation / freshen up.

Clean rooms, hospitable hosts, delicious breakfasts. In general, I recommend that everyone who travels to Tbilisi take a hotel with breakfast because nothing works in the morning.

The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived well before the agreed-upon time, and they didn't charge me any extra. The room was clean and had a wonderful view.

Convenient location, lowest price in the area, friendly hosts, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen…
No internet in the room itself, but that wasn't a big issue; everything worked fine on the ground floor.

A small boutique hotel in the very center, very clean and new, you wouldn't know it from the outside.
The entrance is discreet.
Remote check-in, very convenient location.

It is great, central, cozy, clean 🙂 I would definitely repeat.

As Europeans we had a great experience at this hotel, from booking to checkout.
Clean rooms & great views, as well as friendly staff and well spoken English.
Average breakfast.

Amazing hotel in Tbilisi! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great prices, and a rooftop with stunning city views. Perfect stay – highly recommend!

We stayed three nights in Babilina Hotel and we had a very pleasant time, the owners are very friendly and nice, don’t mind to ask them if you need anything.

Babilina B&B is a Guest House in the middle of old town of Tbilisi, Georgia. It is a cozy family run business.

I stayed at the hotel in October 2023. The hotel is not expensive, very homely. Attentive staff. They will give advice on what to see, where to eat deliciously and inexpensively.

Very friendly and warm lady Alvina.
This feels more like a guest house very welcoming and helpful with tips and assistance.

Excellent location. Comfortable stay. Helpful family. I recommend with full of my heart for anyone looking for comfortable homestay. Recommend for singles and couples.

In principle, it’s not bad if you are passing through, we were there for three days, so everything suited us, there is a store nearby, close to the metro, and the market.

The room was really great forthe place, everything was clean and the ostel has great position.

Very good location, comfortable and large rooms, excellent service, the owner was always ready to help🥰

Fantastic place and host. Me and my friends will come again and stay longer. Location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious full with all the equipment anyone needs, modern and interesting.

Hospitable and friendly hosts. This is our second time staying. In the very center of the city. Near parliament, metro, a large number of attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Small and cozy hotel in the city center. Very clean. I rented a small room to spend the night between flights. City center, but quiet.

The hosts are wonderful. The location is incredible, literally a 3-4-minute walk to the metro.
The rooms themselves are wonderful.

Room with two separate beds. For me, 10 out of 10. There was heating, clean bed linen, a convenient rack for things, a table, a sofa, a mini refrigerator, a shared kitchen, and responsive hosts.

Nice romantic quiet hotel on good place. Clean, warm, receptions speaks also po Ruski. I recommend this place. Wifi is faster enough.

The hotel copes with its task. The room was clean, we were able to check in even at night. But the hotel is only for sleeping. If you only need this function, then this is the best for your money.

Host uncle and aunt is very helpful.
Loved the stay … excellent location.

The room is good for its price. The owner is very polite man and always asks, although speaking in English is an issue, as with most in Georgia.

Great location bus line businesses, universities, quick bolt pick up grocery stores and more! SADA real nice she will work with you!

It was fun, its clean and as a women I liked kitchen most.
