The service we received was truly outstanding.

We chose this hotel for it's location and everything was fine. No issues with the room. The clerk that greeted us was very nice and even gave us some wine glass for our room!

Such a great hotel when flying into Guayaquil and wanting a clean, friendly, and beautiful place to stay. The service at the front desk was just wonderful.

We spent one night and it was amazing!
The check in procedure was smooth and they also gave us the room earlier as we arrived in the morning. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is very well located, centrally, close to Bolivar boulevard and to all the sights located on the Malecon. The restaurant is ok, good food, high quality.

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Best hotel location close to the airport, by the Malecón 2000. From the hotel shuttle to security personnel, front desk welcome and service, our experience started on a relaxing note.

Very friendly service in this elegant and modern hotel. Room was clean and updated. Bathroom had hot water and room had A/C. My room came with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel with cheap room but the room was big and the bathroom very large. Located walking distance to turistic place and city center.

I recently traveled from Florida to Ecuador and had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, it was an exceptional experience. The room was confortable also well decorated, creating a welcome atmosphere.

I visited Guayaquiş fpr vusiness and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is right next to the Iguana park and very close to Malecon 2000. It is right on downtown.

Near famous river walk of Gyaquill and tram that also crosses river 35 cents, 70 cents round trip.
See also famous mast ship of Ecudore, still in sea worthy operation and part of Ecuadorian navy.

I stayed here one night after a Galapagos trip. For the money, I thought this was a great value and would stay here again.

Nice place and in a safe neighborhood. Police Station is right outside. Good breakfast, beds are comfy and air conditioning works wonders. Friendly cat at the reception.

Safe space to stay in Guayaquil. Staff was very friendly, room was very bright and nice. Also they let us park our motorcycles for free. Would book here again!

A better place to stay… It feels like home; the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is well located, near almost everything.
