Hotels in Guayaquil with Breakfast near Seafront

Here’s a natural, warm Google review that highlights the hotel and the staff without being too long.

My experience at the Unipark Hotel was excellent and look forward to my next stay soon. From the receptionist to the room service the personnel were great and professional.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Best hotel location close to the airport, by the Malecón 2000. From the hotel shuttle to security personnel, front desk welcome and service, our experience started on a relaxing note.

Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon — excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition.

For the price paid, the service was exceptional. Note, however, that there are two areas in the whole city where there are standards and safety is greater.

We spent one night and it was amazing!
The check in procedure was smooth and they also gave us the room earlier as we arrived in the morning. The room is clean and spacious.

The hotel is very well located, centrally, close to Bolivar boulevard and to all the sights located on the Malecon. The restaurant is ok, good food, high quality.

1st they allowed me to come a week later even though my booking said no changes.

Incredible place. Great friendly and amazing treatment from the whole Hotel staff. Specially the restaurant and Jorge Cierra from Front desk at PB floor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very friendly service in this elegant and modern hotel. Room was clean and updated. Bathroom had hot water and room had A/C. My room came with breakfast included. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel with cheap room but the room was big and the bathroom very large. Located walking distance to turistic place and city center.

Nice expiriences, the personal are all very friendly.

Excellent service! I recommend Hotel! Good strategic place to tour!

My husband and I had a great experience here. Staff was always so attentive and happy to help. Breakfast was always great. We tried out ordering food in the evening as well and it was good also.

Very nice hotel, but the Wi-Fi is too slow to do anything. It's almost nonexistent.

As a long-time visitor to Guayaquil, the Hotel Oro Verde has always been my first and only choice.

All. It is excellent service and historical and also modern atmosphere.

I visited Guayaquiş fpr vusiness and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is right next to the Iguana park and very close to Malecon 2000. It is right on downtown.

Great location, super friendly staff could not be more pleased with our stay.

I recommend this 4 star hotel because the room and installations were clean and well maintained. Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurante is delicious.

I was blown away by the elegance of this hotel. It reminded me of staying in a Ritz Carlton in the United States. Such a great value!

Nice place and in a safe neighborhood. Police Station is right outside. Good breakfast, beds are comfy and air conditioning works wonders. Friendly cat at the reception.

Safe space to stay in Guayaquil. Staff was very friendly, room was very bright and nice. Also they let us park our motorcycles for free. Would book here again!

A better place to stay… It feels like home; the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is well located, near almost everything.
I would recommend this hotel.
5 stars!

This small hotel oozes charm and history. Incredible service by Anjelica & Hyme and every other staff member we encountered — super friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the water! The hotel is stunningly beautiful! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Lots of restaurants within walking distance!

We enjoyed our stay here in a simple but well kept clean hotel. The front desk staff was delightful and very prompt with our requests for taxi service to airport and out of town gardens.

Excellent service and location.

Very good service and beautiful facilities ✨⭐🤗

The hotel has all the amenities you need to enjoy the weekend!
It has a great service, the rooms are really comfortable!
It is located near great places to enjoy!
It was a great experience!

This is a nice hotel close to the centre of the City, rooms are good size, bathroom is okey, air-conditioning is working, breakfast is good, the swimming pool is a nice add, you can relax near it,

Modern styled hotel with king size beds; functional but small rooms with windows. Also has 24hr reception. However no hot water when we stayed and nowhere near as chic as it sounded.

Rooms are not big, but have everything you need. It's very clean, secure and modern. The location is surprisingly good. Not far from the airport or the main bus terminal.
